I have been an active Realtor for the past 15 years. I’ve been in the Hall of Fame (Top 5% of Realtors in the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors) since 2008. I serve the Northern Shenandoah Valley and soon will service the Panhandle of West Virginia. I strive for excellence in all that I do, but most importantly I strive to bring joy to buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction, while achieving the highest level of professionalism and ability.

I have been married for over 22 years and have 2 sons. My family currently resides in Clear Brook, Virginia. We have 4 dogs and live on 3 acres, where we can sprawl out and just enjoy what God has given us. I love to do anything outdoors, hike, swim, bike, etc.

area is steeped in a rich history from George Washington surveying land at age 16, to the many Civil War

battles that were fought in Winchester, Kernstown, New Market, and other sites. Winchester, VA is the

home of Patsy Cline and following in that tradition it is the home of Shenandoah University (formerly

Shenandoah Conservatory of the Arts.) Located in the North West Quadrant of the State of Virginia it is

a mere 75 minute drive to Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. So whether it is the peace of country

living, easy access to the performing art, availability of a rich history, or anywhere in between; you will

find what you are looking for in the Northern Valley. Traci is successful in the Northern Valley because

she knows the area, is rooted in the community, and truly cares that her clients are able to have a

smooth real estate transaction but also a rewarding personal experience.
