I had the same experience as Remon B, Jenn C, and many other. I tried to contact the company many times, and the phone seems to ring to some person’s mobile phone (not professional), and they never return the call. I tried to contact them before the Groupon expired,
Makes me think that the positive reviews for this business are Astroturfing (ie fake).

Waste of time. I purchased a Groupon, and called at least a half-​dozen times. They never answered the phone, and never returned my call. It was totally impossible to set up an appointment. They may be okay for a drop-​in, but forget it if you need to schedule your time.

I cant even get in touch with anyone here. they NEVER answer their phones or email or FB messages. When I have left 10 voice mails they havent even called back.
Its funny when I read the reviews here and people cant call and get an appointment from July toll December. How busy are they??? LOL. and if they are so busy why did they ever need to make this groupon deal. This all sounds more like a scam to me. I will get my money back from Groupon and leave reviews wherever I can so I can save other people from getting trapped in their nonsense.

Took my Mercedes and Range Rover here, both fantastic experience. Found them in Winchester center and saw they had a bunch of cars so I decided to give them a shot, great experience all around. Shopped in the center while waiting for my car. Good prices and A1 work! Would definitely go back

Absolutely terrible! Paid for interior and exterior clean through groupon. Found plenty of places that didn’t look washed so there’s no way wax made it on there either. You’ll find out it cost $ 20 more for a truck AFTER you buy the groupon but of course nothing is mentioned on the purchase page. Save your money and just drive through a regular car wash because it will do a better job.

I even went in person to make an appointment and when I got there the two young men behind the counter said they could not schedule me at that time and to leave my number and someone would get back to me. No one has. I am going to try and get my money back from Groupon.

Awful cleaning. Nothing ended-​up to be clean, dirt everywhere, carpet, windows, dash, no exception.
The work was done by teenagers, and probably had no training and no equipment. I didn’t see any trace of water been used.
