History

Established in 1998.

Tom began cleaning Hoods in 1988 for a New Jersey Based Cleaning Service developing the techniques of Hood Duct Cleaning. In 1998 Tom with his wife Julia Began their business catering to local restaurant owners, taking care not only their hoods but maintaining kitchen equipment and passing on years of experience on to his customers on how to best save money while maintaining equipment. This personal touch was successful which grew their business. Tom now personally supervises each job on location, ensuring that each job gets done right with 100% customer satisfaction.

Graduated at South Plainfield H.S. 1982

Served in the U.S.navy as Second Class Signalman on the USS Stein supervising the signal deck for 4 years, then honorably discharged in 1987.

Graduated Lincoln Technical Institute for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration.

Employed at P.C.C. for installation, service, fabrication
