We have tools designed for the property management company that include an advanced database capable of storing all of their various properties, septic maps, diagrams, and receipts all in one place. Property management companies can schedule jobs online at a discounted price.

Customers of Super Septic Service can expect timeliness once a job is scheduled, but they can track the progress of Super Septic’s trucks via the web site to see when a technician is headed their way.

Customers get a computer-​printed receipt including a 3d drawing of their house and where the septic tank is in relation. Other companies provide a sometimes unreadable carbon copy receipt with a hard-​to-​understand outline of the residence and tank.

History

Established in 2008.

Super Septic Service was started by Ian Simmons, a homeowner that got tired of getting the runaround by other so called «Septic Experts.» Ian took his extensive knowledge of septic systems and put it to work helping people like him — people that need someone they can count on to give them honest solutions, outstanding work, a fair price, and a commitment to service found nowhere else in the industry.

We use only techniques that are time-​tested and proven to work. We don’t sell anything designed to put money in the company’s pocket but not help the homeowner — otherwise known as «septic voodoo.» We use current technology to make sure that we’re providing value added to the customer at each and every step of the way.

Ian is committed to helping homeowners during a time of need, rather than using a crisis as a way to squeeze out extra profit. He’s been working on septic tanks for years and throughout his experience, he’s learned what works and what does not.

Ian mixes his background in Septic Systems with his background in Information Technology to provide an experience to the customer found nowhere else in the industry.
