The Paws Resort

I was going on vacation for 8 days and had never left my two pups at any boarder before… needless to say I was very nervous! From the moment I called to make the reservation, all of the staff members made me feel so comfortable; especially Janet! I called to check on them a few times while I was gone and the staff members always took time to let me know how Pete and Roscoe had been doing! I especially loved the Facebook pictures they would post :) I know now that I have a place to take them and not worry! Thank you Paws Resort!

Woo Hoo! This is as good as it gets for doggie havens in Georgia. My two pooches love this place and don’t care when I leave – they are focused on running back to their kennel to hang with Harriett and her great staff. Highly recommended.

Harriet, Kristen and the entire staff at the Paws Resort are simply the best. My dog, Phoenix, is a member of their family as is every pet that stays there. Phoenix just loves to stay there. She was a rescue girl and they are particularly great with rescue pets. They are also my trusted advisors for all those little things that my vet might not be familiar with. They really know animals and I count on them for their advice. I cannot give them a higher recommendation.

My two Labs have always seemed very Happy and well taken care of! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The packages to give your pets extra attention are pretty cool as well! The quality of their food is top notch. Never had an issue with them coming home after! Very pleased and just wish you were closer to me!

Love this place. First place I toured and I loved it. Been using this facility since last November and they take such good care of my dog Jasmine. The accommodations are so spacious. The staff is wonderful and very personable as well. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a great place to board your pet. I never have to worry about my pet while I am away. My dog stayed 10 days and they posted pics of my dog on their Facebook page while I was away.

The staff of Paws resort are wonderful. Our baby Charlie loves visiting. We are very pleased that he immediately greets the staff at the door and is very relaxed upon entering and stress free when we pick him up. We drive miles away to feel confident when we leave him. Thanks staff of Paws Resort for all that you do.

The Paws Resort is fantastic. You have to be able to trust the place you choose to leave your beloved pet, and we know Harriet and her entire staff treat our dog like family. They also do the best job of any business around grooming him. If you need someone to watch over and care for your pet while you’re away, you need look no further than the The Paws Resort.

My fur babies absolutely love playing AND staying here! Our rambunctious puppy comes in about once a week to play with his furry friends and he really looks forward to going every week. Seriously! If it’s been more than 6 – 7 days he will start following me out our door and jumping into my car because he is ready to play! We also board our dogs here as well. In addition to our larger puppy we have a middle aged small dog and the INDIVIDUAL attention and care our dogs get is great. The puppy gets to play while the older dog gets extra bedding and more snuggle time. The staff is great, very friendly and thorough. They make sure your pet is healthy and up to date on all shots. They have a great thing going. I highly recommend this spot for your fur babies!

The Paws Resort is the only place I take my dog Walter. They work with a local rescue so Walter actually lived there before we adopted him. When we go on vacation, Walter goes on vacation. It’s like going back to grandma’s for him. The Paws Resort is so friendly and loving. Definitely spring for a package!

this elusive service is one that is mastered by paws resort. They tend to your dog and treat them as if they are their own. My dog Blanka absolutely adores it here. They are always waiting for us when we arrive and my dog is familiar with each individual. I love that she is excited each time we arrive because that indicates that she is being treated the way I want her to be, with attention and affection.

My dear beagle is 13 years old. We moved here recently and were SO nervous not having that proverbial word of mouth to rely upon when we needed boarding. I, being the crazy Mom that I am, drove there, scoped it out, and was completely impressed.
Drop off was friendly, informative, comforting and well, just all around REAL. The lobby smelled pleasant (and this is a feat, I am sure). There was no aromatic cover-​ups that I detected so — clean is clean.
Our spoiled child has been with us since he was 9weeks old so he has had uncountable caregiving instances– I can think of only 2 – 3 that, upon pickup, it was fraudulent and heartbreaking. All others went quite well, and often as we are travelers. So Paws Resort had their hands full.
Well… We just picked him up (open on Sundays– YES!) and he was/​is SO stupendously happy!!! I just about melted to the owner who is really really great. As long as we live here, and as long as they keep it up and will have us, he will go nowhere else!
