Wonderful experience. Honest, professional staff. Definitely recommend for couples during the wintertime.

The place was extremely dusty, half of us had allergic reactions. The kitchen had no salt, no pepper, no sugar, nothing and way too few cups and glasses for the number of people intended to stay at the place. Worst the water from the tab stunk terribly. We were informed this was to sulfur added to the water. An issue we had not experienced in their other cabins in the years we came before — nor anywhere in town. It was so bad that our silver jewelry immediately reacted with the water and changed color.

mo’s Cove was a romantic stay for us in the most serene n scenic setting! My boyfriend and I stayed from a Weds — Friday. We used the Living Social deal, but it would be well worth it paying full price. We plan on coming back next summer. We loved the : –nice fireplace in the living room with plenty of wood –privacy –private hot tub on the outdoor deck with a super scenic overlook Sauna –less expensive than some other local options — well equipped kitchen n grill to BBQ on deck Free wi fi Great staff n service We could not have been happier and will definitely recommend Cuomo’s Cove to others!

We were upgraded to the Madison Suite, and was in for quite a treat. The hot tub, sauna, and the entire room/apartment was perfect. We spent two nights, and couldn’t get enough of the hot tub set in the picturesque mountainside. Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary, valentine or romantic getaway! Loved it!

Visited this cozy little spot for a romantic weekend. The jacuzzi under the moonlight was one of my best moments… ever. Pleasantly surprised by all the amenities and the warm welcoming service we were greeted with and experienced throughout, even after we left the owners located my charger accidentally left behind and sent to me super quickly.

Cuomo’s Cove was EXCELLENT! My boyfriend and I stayed from a Sunday — Tuesday. We used the Living Social deal, but it would be well worth it paying full price. We plan on coming back! We stayed in the Monroe Suite. It was just the two of us but it is definitely large enough for 2 more people to stay comfortably. Everything was EXTREMELY clean and kept in wonderful condition. The staff was very accommodating, for we thought we were going to get stuck in a blizzard and would need to stay an extra night. They were very helpful to work with us! My only suggestion would be to not leave the gas fireplace on too long — it heats up the place very quickly and the upstairs got a little too hot at a point! Wonderful place. Lots of good restaurants and skiing close. Definitely recommend going here! We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed at the Washington Suite with 5 other friends. Place was clean and well taken care of. The owners were available to show us around and provide us with things that we ran out of during our trip. We had our own separate grill and hot tub for private use. They also provided some firewood for our fireplace during our stay. We had a wonderful time at Cuomo’s Cove, although it would have been convenient if there was any cell service or wifi available at our suite. Also, since the suite is not secluded from the other suites, the sounds can carry, so just be careful to keep the noise at a respectful level.

Great place! We stayed here on a quick trip to the Catskills, and wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the views and peaceful atmosphere. Privacy was the big thing here. We were secluded and tucked away, enjoying the mountain views from our own, private hot tub. It could not have been more perfect. The room was very clean and well appointed with modern conveniences but balanced with rustic, mountain charm. The owners were ready for our arrival and made sure we knew how to work all the amenities, They gave us a rundown of some of the local area and what fauna we’d find running around. The only, very minor, downside was the lack of WiFi. Cellular signal was spotty and it would have been nice to have a way to access the internet for maps and whatnot without having to drive the 5 minutes into town. We enjoyed it so much that we plan on coming back this fall/winter to enjoy the changing foliage.

Stayed in the Madison suite over Memorial Day weekend & it was perfect! Booked over the telephone. Arrived a little early & we were able to check in. Beautiful suite — everything we needed! Loved having our own private deck with hot tub &BBQ. It was a home away from home & more! Car parking directly outside the suite & a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. There is no wifi in the suite, & no cell phone service — but there is a landline that you can use for free; and we weren’t really there to be sitting behind a computer or phone screen all day! The Catskills guide book was perfect in guiding our adventures, Would highly recommend staying here & we would definitely stay here again!

This place. As a group of cheap college students, the rate we got on the groupon was top notch, and for the price(~20 $ a night per person, for a two night stay) was unbeatable. We stayed in the log cabin. It’s a little closer to the road than I thought it was, but that’s fine because the hot tub was fenced in and private and the road didn’t get a lot of traffic. The cabin was so much bigger and nicer than I expected it to be, beautiful and accommodating. The only issues we had were the hot tub wasn’t warm when we got there because they have to replace the water when new people come along, but it was fine by later that first night. Another thing is the water, being in a rural area, had a sulphurous taste to it. We brought a brita filter but water bottles would be fine too. Nearby(about 20 min driving) there’s a great falls to see if you like hiking and nature. Kaaterskill falls is the name. We went on the upper route and unfortunately the view wasn’t that great, but it was late by that point and had no clue how to get to the bottom.

Positives: –nice fireplace with plenty of wood –privacy –hot tub with scenic overlook –less expensive than some other local options –less than a mile from Windham ski resort Negatives: –no wifi(this is especially important since neither of our phones had service — T-Mobile and Verizon) –no maid service –kitchen but no frying pan, no salt & pepper, and 1 tiny kitchen towel/dishrag. This made it very difficult to prepare breakfast as we had planned on doing since we saw the full kitchen in the pictures/description –the owners are completely unresponsive to emails and very very slow to respond to phone calls. do not expect to be able to get in touch with them quickly.
