I specialize in marketing Luxury homes, as well as most homes in Windham, Pelham, Atkinson, Salem, Litchfield, Hudson, Hollis, Nashua and Bedford, NH areas, and Andover, Lexington and Woburn MA areas.
I work with Military of all branches, marketing their homes and helping them find a home. My military clients get a special thank you from me, as a military brat and military mom, I feel it is my honor to be able to give back to them. History
Established in 2008.
As an RN in Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatrics, I have always loved working with people. Being from the nursing background, I am a good negotiator and can be assertive as necessary, making your transactions smooth, and if there are problems, we work as a team to keep things going forward.
When I decided it was time to retire from Nursing, real estate and helping others find or sell their home was a natural progression for me. I work as part of a sensational team.
My team consists of great Mortgage Advisors, Home Inspectors, Plumbers, Electricians, Lawyers, and especially my Assistant; Lina Osborn and my Transaction Coordinator; Doreen Deluca, both at Coco, Early & Associates, The Windham Division. They keep my clients informed throughout every step and if I am unavailable, they can answer your questions.
