Here’s a tip for you Kyle. Not sure if its your first day on the job, but if your working the register, don’t be standing there with your hands in your pockets. Second, when the customer approaches the register, they should be greeted with the following phrase: Welcome to McDonald’s, my name is Kyle, may I take your order? Next thing to taking the customers order is to listen to the customer so they get exactly what they ordered. That a really important part of the ordering process.

Should be zero stars. Is Mickey D’s even food anymore? This place is horrible. Horrible«food». Horrible service. Horrible prices. You are better off eating glass.

This McDonald’s with Drive Thru operates inside of Klemm’s Mobil convenience store at the corner of NH111 and NH111A. I frequently stop at the Windham McDonald’s since it’s conveniently located off I-93 Exit 3. I have never used the drive-thru at this location, but I always go inside to place my order. The service here has been good each time and they get my orders right. This is also a great place to stop to eat before heading to Canobie Lake Park, especially for families with kids on a budget. The prices here are obviously much more reasonable than eating inside a theme park, so I say fill up! A few years ago, I chaperoned a group of youngins’ for a Canobie Lake Park outing. On the way to Canobie, I stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch and picked up Happy Meals for the kids and an Extra Value Meal for myself for under $ 20. Everyone was fed and happy to go before heading to the fun park!

So I just left this McDonald’s… First time coming here. TERRIBLE service. The manager didn’t wanna take my order. He just stood behind the counter waiting for me to tell him what I wanted. I ordered a kids meal. The girl slammed my daughters meal on the counter. The food didn’t feel or taste fresh. It was cold and hard. Never coming here again.

If I could give it no stars… I would. Expired apples and milk for a Happy Meal and a manager who wanted to argue that I was wrong rather than make me a happy customer. I have the expired food! DUH. Poor customer service. Poor food quality. Boo all around. Move on to the next exit.

I wouldn’t usually review a chain like McDonalds, but the staff here has really impressed me. I actually changed my morning commute to come here for coffee rather than Dunkins because the staff has always been extremely warm and welcoming, very happy and kind, which is definitely unexpected at 6 in the morning. But, yes the drive through is a little inconvenient because it’s connected to a gas station.

I hate how you have to navigate to get in here when traveling 111. Because of that I rarely do business here– that and the drive-thru has always been painstakingly SLOOOOOW. They’ve always been polite and always have my order correct, but McDonald’s food is general is pretty yucky– I don’t really like too much on their menu. I wish they had healthier choices or stuff like chili and a baked potato like Wendy’s

Since McDonalds is such a torrid place in general, I would ordinarily give it just the one star for satisfying my occasional craving for the salty goodness of its fries. This McDonalds, however, is rather pleasant. Clean, light, relatively fresh smelling and not populated by greasy-fingered school children, it offers a cheap and cheerful haven for the road weary. So, I’ve upped it to two stars. Well done Ronald.
