History

Established in 1995.

The Roncari family founded Roncari Express Valet Parking in 1995 on 20 acres across the street from Connecticut’s Bradley International Airport. Originally configured for 1100 cars, the facility covers 50 acres with an airport valet parking lot for 3600 cars and a separate, self-​parking lot, called Galaxy Self Park.

Manager

Kelly has been with Roncari for 15 years. She started off as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and worked her way up to management. Her roles at Roncari have included, CSR, Driver, Lot Attendant, Payroll, Accounting and now most recently, Marketing. She has learned practically every aspect of the airport parking business. Her kind nature and positive attitude has made her a great success. We’re proud to have her as a part of our team!

Don’t park anywhere else. Download the app and book ahead. Show up. Drop car. Take 5 min shuttle to terminal. Upon return, activate car pick up on app. Shuttle. Car is waiting no need to walk in. My flight arrived at 8:50, was already driving out at 9:09. They email receipt. Could not be simpler. Use AAA for a serious discount.

I have been using Roncari Express Valet Parking for years and it’s always a good experience.
This morning I left my license at home and my family departed for South Carolina without me. $ 450 in rebooking fees and speeding ticket on my way back to the airport was made a little bit easier after a Roncari professional slipped me an envelope with $ 50 in it along with the inscription «enjoy dinner on us». Left a smile on my face. Thank you so much!

After many years of good «uneventful» experiences, we are extremely disappointed with a dent in my car. It is on the driver’s door, which was conveniently left open for us when we arrived. (Found the dent on the next day.) When he called to report it, the clerk began to tell my husband that once it leaves the property, they are not liable. When he pressed her, she dumped his call into the manager’s voice mail. The call has never been returned. Lack of attention to this matter will make us never return.

I have been using them for years. A couple of years ago the hatch on my car didn’t work and it wouldn’t open. I reported the problem and they said a manager would get back to me. They didn’t, so I called and again was told the manager was out to lunch and that he would get back to me. He did not. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I received a check in the mail. I have had a second incident of damage and they didn’t even acknowledge it happened. They are a great place to park your car but if something happens they will do anything to avoid taking responsibility. It seems like that is their plan of action. DON’T USE THEM.

BEWARE NOT SAFE. NOT HONEST
Absolutely worse service ever. Dented car and blamed on me. No procedure to visually inspect car. Lot photo are blurry and truly not representative of condition of vehicle. Claim it arrived that way
Roncari stood for quality and reputation in the past. Doing what’s right is always best but the Management at the facility didn’t do what is right and completely ruined my view of the Roncari empire.
Terrible customer service and yes they backed into a pole while my brand new car was in their possession.
Sadly I must say avoid them.
Roncari manager Marc has ability to handle the claim with pride and fairness.
Funny how a few years back I helped them catch their own employees stealing change from my car. We set up a sting to catch the employees of their car wash. Yes it worked and yes in the beginning much like this issue they argued and didn’t believe me.
Do what right Roncari. So sad your not being fair.
So it’s been 2 weeks and they have promised pictures and follow up. Guess what??? Yes nothing provide and no follow up.
Stay far away folks. Gross treatment after 24 years of parking with them.

Been a Roncari customer for years. No more. My car was dropped off last week while I was off for business travel. While I was gone, my front axle broke. Roncari claims no responsibility. This does not just mysteriously happen. Car is 8 years old and 80,000 miles.
I sent them repeated emails with no response from them.

Great service, everyone wished me a safe trip, the shuttle was ready and waiting for me both on arrival and departure. The big negative is that I did notice a scratch on my car :(the pink ticket provided said they do not cover any damage to the inside or outside of your car so– park at your own risk.

So, five years after my first review, how are they doing? Excellent.
Indeed, if anything, they’ve gotten even better. They have a new iPhone app that is great. When you arrive back, you simply open the app, and click that you’ve arrived. Your car will then be magically retrieved (with snow removed, and heat turned on.) Hop on the shuttle and when you get dropped off, no need to go in to wait in line and pay. Just get into your car. Excellent indeed.
Service is always friendly and the continual shuttles are the best at the airport. They have the bar set very high. And totally nail it. Use AAA for a big discount. It’s as cheap basically as parking at the normal lots but with much better service.

Used for the 1st time for a 5 day trip and they were great– will definitely be using again and recommending! I drove up, left my keys in the car to walk inside to pay. The staff took my suitcase from the trunk of my car and put it in the shuttle, and I was in the shuttle and heading to the gate within 5 minutes of arriving. Everyone was polite and courteous. On the way home, I called as soon as I got off the plane and the shuttle was at the curb waiting. I got on (with 3 other passengers) and we left the terminal within 5 minutes. When I got back to Roncari, our cars were under the lit and covered area, snow scraped off and defrosters/​seat warmers on. I literally hopped right into my warm car and drove away. This was the best service, especially during the winter when the last thing you want to do when you arrive home is to shovel out and warm up your car. Definitely use Roncari (and if you have AAA, don’t forget to mention it!).

Although I do not fly often, I have been using Roncari when I do. Twice I’ve had them detail my car while I’m away: always an excellent, flawless job. The shuttles pick up quickly, and all service points from arrival to counter to shuttle are professional and efficient. They also benefit from proximity: the shuttle hop is brief in both directions. Highly recommend.

There’s normally not much to get excited about with an airport shuttle service, but this trip was not normal…
I have been traveling out of Bradley for business for some 20 years. I tried several of the valet services and finally settled on Roncari for 1 simple reason; they seemed to have the most busses circling at the airport which meant least amount of time waiting for my shuttle upon return. I think this is STILL the case today and there’s always a shuttle waiting for me when I step out of the terminal and if not the wait is always just a very brief minute or 2. Drivers are friendly and always offer to load and unload your luggage. My car is always waiting for me and warmed up (in Winter) when I return.
THIS trip was different because shortly after getting in the terminal Roncari called me to tell me my engine coolant was all leaking out. To make a long story short; they identified the problem, waited for the engine to cool and then drove it to a nearby mechanic they use for their vehicles and that shop stayed in contact with me while I was out of town on business, repaired my vehicle, and Roncari picked it up so when I returned from my trip my car was repaired and waiting for me like nothing ever happened! And for that outstanding service and going the extra yard I present Roncari Express with this 5 Star rating award!

They were quick & convenient but the price was ridiculous. I was referred to them by a friend and they said it’s normally about $ 50−60…so I thought I’d give them a try. I just got back after leaving my car there for a week and the bill was $ 88 and some change… That’s WITH a military discount?! I’m so disgusted. Should’ve just used the lot I normally use instead of listening to a friend’s recommendation. Never again!

Excellent valet parking service that’s my «go to» whenever I travel.
The prices are reasonable, check in/​check out service is efficient, pickup from the airport is prompt, and car is always ready/​started by the time I get back to the airport.
They provide an automated email with your confirmation number in case you lose your ticket.
There are also several ways to notify them of pickup including through their app.
They offer a AAA discount and often have coupons for discounted parking on their website.
I tried other parking services at the airport and none compare to Roncari.
Definitely check them out!

Roncari is the best! They are always professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient! I never worry about getting to the airport in time because they have passenger shuttles arriving every few minutes. The drivers are more than willing to help you with your luggage. When you call for a ride upon return, a driver is there like magic. It helps that they’re SO close to Bradley. My car is always clean, ready to go, and exactly as I left it. I’m a lifer. Give them a try! You will return!

Roncari is a great alternative for me when the airport garage is packed or if I’m on an extended business trip or vacation. I think the prices are very reasonable and so no reason to use the other offsite parking locations. They always have an online coupon and you can use AAA Membership Discount rates too.
I love all the extras the offer (separate charge of course) — car wash, vacuum, detailing, oil change, etc… Most importantly there is always a Shuttle Van waiting for me when I grab my bags. When I get back to Roncari, my car is always waiting for me and free of snow during the Winter months.

I used the Roncari Windsor Locks, CT valet service this March.
When I returned from my trip it was night time and rainy. I discovered the next day that I had two small dings on the car. I called the car service and talked to the manager and he accepted no responsibility for the damages. So it is quite obvious to me that they do not care about your car, so beware if you leave your car with Roncari.

I’ve only parked with Roncari during the summer months, but I’d definitely feel secure and happy to drop my car off here again in the winter knowing how professional and careful they are.
Definitely be sure to get the AAA discount. Yes, Roncari is more expensive than some of the other car parking areas, but they also have a very consistent shuttle and take great care.

As I checked in here for the 20+ time today I realized maybe it’s about time to write a review.
I have been using RonCari for years. .. decades, actually and I’ve gone from once or twice a year on vacations to once a month at least for business travel. The service has always met expectations and has been consistent. Of all these times only once was my car not ready and waiting for me when I got in (there’s an app for that) and it was the holiday season.
Consistently Roncari employees are pleasant. There are plenty of shuttles so the wait to leave for the airport or to be picked up at the airport is minimal. In addition you are able to get certain services while your car is on sight such as a car wash.
I would always recommend Roncari and haven’t had any complaints — and as I said I’ve used this service many, many times over a long time.

Love these guys!
I used to use some of the other airport parking services, including one that constantly has internet coupons. No more! I had a few bad experiences with the other guys, including a dented license plate that mysteriously appeared.
Roncari is easy, fast, and friendly. You pull in and pull up, someone takes your keys and gives you a number. You head inside (where you can grab a cup of coffee if you’d like) and tell the person at the counter when you plan to be back. They explain that you can give them a call as soon as you land (or, if you have the mobile app, you can alert them that way).
You head outside and take the next shuttle, which you never have to wait more than a few minutes for, to your airline entrance. Last time, I ended up having a flight delayed for hours, and decided I’d rather go head home for a bit instead of waiting at the airport (I only live about 20 min away). I called Roncari, and they were more than happy to send someone to pick me up, bring me back to my car (which they had waiting), and send me on my way with no charge, knowing I’d be back later. They made a bad day a little easier for me.
They have a rewards program that’s worth signing up for if you travel frequently (or even semi-​frequently), and you can earn free parking. There are also services you can pay to have done while you’re gone, although they’ve always been too pricey for me to bother with (I can wash my car for a lot less :))

Parked here today for a quick trip to Baltimore. I’ve used their service a dozen times and never had a problem. The vans are always quick to pick you up, the drop-​off process is quick and painless, all of the emplyees I have come into contact with have been top notch.
I dropped my car off today at 6 AM, came back around 10 PM, used the direct connect phone down near baggage, and the guy was there when I walked out. Parking was under $ 12 with the AAA discount. Very nice…
