This stores customer service is the pits. Visited on 9/16/2015.First, they have a locked door system, where you have to ring the bell and be buzzed in… I had to ring it 8 times, all while watching the employees through the door doing everything but trying to let me in. Once in, I asked was the bell working only to be told, «yes» and I must didn’t ring it correctly. Then another customer bellows…“I had to bang on the glass”. She soon after left without making a purchase, and then I left after picking up my package. Once in the parking lot, the other customer pulls up in her car and begins to discuss the experience that we both just encountered in the store. She stated how the store employees saw me at the door and was ignoring me hoping that I walked away because it was so close to closing, and how she refuses to patronize stores that treat customers in the way we were. I agreed fully with her opinion, and we agreed to make better choices in who we spend our money and with. Customer Service is the worst! All day Every day!

I always shopped at this store because it was close and had some clothes I liked. Today, I went by to return an online item and never will again. The staff were rude, they don’t carry my size anymore and it is over priced. I will travel the distance to the Rockville store, they are more professional. They get one star, but don’t deserve that one.
