History

Established in 2013.

In October of 2010 Enlightened Marketing, LLC Co-​Founders Tom Merkey and Jeremy Howie crossed paths.

After a meeting that was not ‘coincidence’ and very interesting indeed, they decided they wanted more and partnered in network and affiliate marketing.

After 2 years, they began to rank their content on the first page against thousands of other online marketers in the space.

At this time they decided to take their marketing skills back to traditional business owners as this was their passion and there was much less competition.

They mentored and partnered with some of the top online marketers in the world and continued their dedicated focus on marketing and personal growth.

After proving the model in the small to medium business niche, word got out of their success rate/​expertise and they decided to form what is now Enlightened Marketing, LLC.

They have created amazing results for small business owners and corporations alike, and continue to be the best in their niche.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeremy H.

Business Owner

Jeremy was born in Fort Collins and raised nearby in Windsor, CO. He is a Colorado native and currently resides in Fort Collins.

He attended Colorado State University and graduated with a degree in Landscape Horticulture in 1999. He was part owner in a family landscape design/​build/​maintenance company until 2010.

Although the landscaping company was successful, it was also stressful and he often worked 80 — 100 hour weeks. His health both emotional and physical suffered from the fast paced lifestyle. Jeremy used alcohol and anxiety medication to numb his stress and escape. At one point he ended up in the hospital with a heart issue in his mid 30’s.

In October 2010 Jeremy met Enlightened Marketing, LLC co-​founder Tom Merkey while providing a landscape estimate at Tom’s home. Tom then asked Jeremy a question that forever changed his life and direction.
