Flyte Tyme Worldwide Transportation

My driver today was fabulous. He was on time, friendly and carried my bags :) he waited for me at baggage claim which was nice vs curbside pickup. He didn’t use his cell on the ride (other drivers have) and kept the news radio down low. Car had cup holders for my coffee and a charger for my phone. Overall u would highly recommend them!

I’ve been booking their service on behalf of one of my team members for over three years now and she loves them. They are always courteous and ontime. I usually book them via our Corporaate Travel Service. Their drivers have always been nothing but professional. I never have a service, or pick-​up concern when I use them.
I’ve deducted one star their telephone etiquette (or lack thereof). I’ve had to call them directly a few times, usually to make a change in a pick up time, or with a billing question. First, they are VERY SLOW at picking up the line. It’s not uncommon for their phone to ring for as long as three, four or even five minutes before they pick up. When they do pick-​up, their Reps tend to be gruff, and terse, almost, but not quite, to tthe point of being rude. They always act like they are in a hurry, and trying to get me off the line as soon as they can, or they act like I’m bothering them by calling and they seem to get annoyed with too many questions, like if I ask more than one! Geez, lighten up! This is one area they really need to improve upon.
Thank God their drivers are in a different class of service! They are also far cheaper than the five other Car Services I’ve checked on for the Philadelphia area.

My company uses flyte time and Victoria. I used to choose Victoria because they are cheaper, but I finally got fed up. I wasn’t too hopeful going with the other company but they are night and day. They’re friendly, they meet you at baggage claim, I’ve never felt endangered in their cars, and the cars smell fine. Above and beyond all that expected stuff that Victoria fails to do, they saved my tail. For some reason, one night at 2am before a morning flight my companys travel department decided to cancel my ride. I found out when they didn’t show up and gave them a frantic call. On such short notice they were able to track somebody down and got me to the airport on time. I think I’ll be sticking with flyte time.
