History

Established in 2003.

Our home inspectors take the time to discuss the unique features of a house. Denver has many different styles of homes from turn-​of-​the-​century Victorians and post world war II homes, to brand new luxury homes. We also inspect mobile homes, condos, tract homes, log homes, commercial buildings and mansions.

Materials and techniques continue to change as with any industry. All of our inspectors are required to maintain 20 continuous education credits annually. This ensures that the buyer has knowledgeable certified Inspectors reviewing properties.

Business Owner

I established B&B construction in the early 1980s. B&B was more of a building and grounds maintenance company. We performed maintenance and remodels for HOA controlled communities. As we grew we were invited to upgrade and remodel kitchens and bathrooms for residents. I sold this company in the 1990s when I went to work for US West. As US West changed to Qwest I transitioned back to my roots and thus in 2003 opened Front Range Inspection
