I will NEVER go here again, worst service possible and I got gel and they came off in a day or two. I called and the man barely spoke any English and yelled at me to come in THAT day and he’d fix ONE nail. I repeatedly told him I had no way there and it was way more than one nail, and he just screamed at me again, and said «COME IN TODAY I FIX YOUR NAIL!» then he hung up. So unprofessional. Screw this place. Go here if you want super shitty overpriced nails and horrible unprofessional service.

I have been coming to Indulgence for quite a few years now. I love the elegant décor (chandeliers!), they offer water/​tea/​heating pads, and friendly service. They always do a great job, and at a reasonable price.
The past couple years I’ve always gotten a shellac manicure, but I wanted something different as my nails were breaking too often. I thought I wanted silk wraps with a shellac manicure over them. THANKFULLY Erika and Robin talked with me about what I wanted and why. It turned out acrylic with shellac would not only suite my needs better, but would be MUCH cheaper!!! They could have very easily just placated me, and taken my money. Instead they put my needs in front of their bottom line. Rather than spending $ 80 plus, I spent $ 45, and my nails look amazing (thanks to Jenny)! Thank you ladies!

I used to love coming her to get my nails done, they were always great! But this last Saturday when I came in to get them done, they weren’t so great. Not only were the ladies who did mine and my friends nails coughing and sneezing like crazy, our nails didn’t turn out very good either. The cuts were uneven and the polish was sloppy. They almost rushed through it. My favorite woman that used to work here (Tracy), I heard rumors that she left and went somewhere else. So I won’t be returning here.

Cindy from indulgence, moved to shiloh nails. I had my first pedicure from her at Shiloh nails. She did a fabulous job. Four weeks later they are still looking great. I’m so glad I found her there.

Been a client for years and will continue to support them. Always very friendly. They do a great job. My girls love going with me and getting there nails done too. Shellac lasts forever. Never had a problem

On my first visit a week ago, I had a shellac mani and a pedicure. Within four days the shellac began to peel from the edges and tips of my nail on two fingers. Within 3 days it was cracking and peeling from two more fingers. When I called the salon and told them about it the manager said there was nothing that they could do but redo the shellac manicure at the same price ($ 30). I think not. I have worn shellac for about a year and never had this problem before. I’ll find another salon. Surprising they would prefer to lose a customer than attempt to work something out.

Tracy did an awesome job! Indulgence is ok. Robin the receptionist is great! For those that loved how Tracy did your nails and want to know where she is… She’s at Shiloh Nails by WalMart and Cindy also joined her. Go see Tracy or Cindy at Shiloh Nails. They would be excited to see more familiar faces!

AMAZING pedis and good prices. What more can a girl ask for. I’ve been going here for years. By far my favorite nail salon in SoCo!

Just had a facial that was amazing & my nails were just recently done but I must say I’m very happy with my nails & my face looks & feels amazing! It’s nice to have someone so pleasant to chat with, a true sweetheart!

I always try to get Cindy to do my pedicures because she has done them for a while and she understands the issues with my tender feet. With that being said, I have never had a bad pedicure at Indulgences Day Spa no matter who I get but I do recommend calling and making an appointment so the technician isn’t rushed during the procedure.

So I have total mix feelings for this place I remember my friend showed me this place however I went with her one time to get her acrylics removed instead of sliding a tip under to pop it off or soak them, they were ripping them off with nail clippers. My friend looked like she was about to cry.
So I never went back, I would always go to passion nails but one day they were busy and I needed a quick fill so I figure I would try this place forgetting Jenny works there (that used to be at passion). She is the best she instantly remembered me from like 6 months ago and gave me a hug and took me to her chair before the receptionist even got to me.
I do continue to go here.
They let me do walk ins.
However last time I went I got the gel on my acrylics and it was chipping the next day so I went the day after and I forget the lady’s name but instead of half assings n just fixing the chipped ones she took off all the polish and redid all of them free of charge.
I will go back I love the vibe and when it’s cold/​raining they give you heading pad for your shoulders.

I have been coming to Indulgence for years and they always do a great job at a good price. Their shellac lasts about 5 weeks on my nails without chipping, and they always do an amazing french nail. It’s a great ambience even though they have cheap prices for their services.

Friendly staff for the most part, but not a great job on my gels. I won’t be back. The edges are ragged and there’s lots of nail left unpainted. What a waste of $ 40.

I went in with my granddaughter to get a pedicure and her a regular manicure. They were moderately busy but was told they could work us in.
I informed the girl who was going to seat me I am a diabetic and wanted to make sure the tub had been sterilized? I look in the tub with appeared to be clean but just before I sat down I glanced at the side of the chair. It was filthy. I wiped my finger across it and it came away brown and with a dust ball. If you aren’t keeping your whole salon clean I cannot afford to trust the cleanliness of your tub or anything else. Visibly dirty. Gross.

I’ve been going to Indulgence religiously every 2 weeks for several months. I normally get Shellac manicure for the precision that is done I pay a reasonable price. But today I was appalled, I decided to get different color stripes on my Shellac, when it came down to pay the owner told me $ 45! I told her that was not the going rate and that was outrageous. Erika persisted to argue with me!!! I feel overcharged and unappreciated as a regular customer.

Had a great appointment today. I’m extremely picky in any kind of beauty salon and Indulgence is the best around. I dropped in for a walk in shellac appointment and Robin was super nice and squeezed me in. My nail tech was Cindy. She was a delight and made sure my nails prior to Polish we’re perfectly shaped. She took her time and I appreciated it immensely. Furthermore, this salon is perfectly clean and relaxing. Worth every penny. Thank you.

I came in as a walk in and was completely surprised. The atmosphere is amazing, they are friendly and accommodating. I received a heating pad on my shoulders as I sat in the massage chair while getting a pedicure. They also offered me water and hot tea. They massaged my legs with warm lotion and then wrapped them in hot towels. I have never had such an amazing pedicure & it was only $ 25! The whole experience was great and exactly what I’m looking for when I want to treat myself.

I feel like I am always searching for the next best pedi. I have my frequent stop places, this salon being top on the list, but I am always feeling like I am on the lookout for the next best spot. I have been coming here for a couple years, it is clean and the ladies are all very sweet.
I love that they offer scented water with cucumber and lemons, or tea. You can get a neck warmer if you want while relaxing, and the chairs massage as well as recline. Standard pedicure is $ 25 or a little less with a cash discount.
The nail color selection is expansive and I have never had polish issues after a service here. The girls usually clip to just the right length and do a great job to keep your tootsies in shape. I have left feeling like they could have paid a bit more attention to details when scrubbing and making sure my skin is smooth. Sometimes it can feel like I leave feeling like sandpaper when I didn’t come in that way. Just a thought, but maybe buffing after the scrubbing would ensure the skin isn’t rough.
I am a runner, so I’m not sure if my shines are sensitive sometimes or if they are rough but sometimes the massage hurts because it feels like they press hard and are a little rough to get it done. I’m more of a slow and steady type of gal. I don’t have knots on my shines, you can take it easy.
Overall, it is a go-​to spot, so I appreciate and like the salon. It is not bells and whistles, but it is also not low-​budget either. It is a happy medium somewhere in the middle where you know it is clean and the job will be done well.

In a world where the options for a pedi are endless; it is hard to settle. I enjoy coming into this shop as the owner is friendly and professional. The staff don’t gossip with one another while tending to you. I appreciate the fact that all the tools and implements used are wrapped in auto clave packages or the product is brand new. I don’t fear of developing a foot/​nail fungus as the bowls are cleaned as you get up to have a seat under the nail dryer.
I also appreciate the fact they don’t discourage you to use your ATM card; I know it is better for the business but sometimes you want a Pedi and you didn’t have time to stop at the ATM before your appointment .
They offer you a nice cup of tea or cold water as you take a seat and enjoy the quiet music playing in the background.
