Quick, easy and affordable. They gave me the best price to fix my busted out van window. I’m going back next week to fix my passenger side window. Thank you for making my weekend.

The window repair seemed fine, but a piece of the interior near the window popped off as a result of their work, and was dangling near my face. They sent their workers to «try and fix it» which they didn’t. No responsibility was taken and they left after taping it back on. We called to speak to the owner about the issue, with NO call back. I would spend a little more and go with a company who values their customers and wishes to make their mistakes right. AVOID LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS!!!

I called this morning to have my back window replaced. They told me to come in at 2pm which was great especially since I was told by a different company I would have to wait an additional 11 days for them to come to my home after the first time they came out but brought the wrong window. Within minutes of my call to Low-​Price I received a return call to bring my 1999 Tahoe in immediately. I was in and out within 45 minutes !!! I am very pleased with the awesome service, friendly employees, concern and commitment from the owner, Anis, and, of course, the cost which was considerably lower than anywhere else ! I definitely recommend them !

I noticed 2 days ago that I had a leak in my back windshield. It’s been pouring rain for the last few days, so the problem with the windshield came at the most awful time possible. I took it to my auto body shop in Healdsburg and they recommended I go to Low Price Auto Glass. (I have a very nice and immaculate Cadillac Eldorado ETC and I’m very weird about taking it to places unless they have strong recommendations.) When I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and helped by the owner Anis, who I may say is a wonderfully professional, kind-​hearted, and easy-​going man to talk to. He let me know that my car would be next and to feel free to sit down and relax in his waiting room. To my surprise, I only got about 25 minutes into a television program I was watching when he let me know that my car was done and wanted to personally walk out and show me what he and his employees did. Their job was done flawlessly and better than I expected. And all done for a VERY fair price! Low Price Auto Glass saved my car from becoming a moldy mess!

This place is the worst business I have ever patronized, populated by deceitful liars and cheats. I made an appointment and brought the car in on a Friday. After waiting an hour for the replacement, I was told that the gasket they had was defective and they wouldn’t get another in until the following week. When I went out to drive my car home, there were a couple of guys putting blue masking tape around the windshield seal and they assured me it would keep the water out. After five minutes of driving the tape had all blown off. Meanwhile it was raining, so when I got home I covered my car with plastic and had to borrow another car. When I returned on the following Tuesday, they reinstalled the windshield with a new gasket. The gasket was crooked and full of gaps and seeping glue everywhere. More rain. The gasket leaked and my whole car filled with water. Carpeting was ruined. I returned again and they claimed that my car must have had some body damage and to go to a body shop. My car has never been in an accident. I’m afraid to have them touch my car again and will have to eat their «Low price» which ended up being a complete rip-​off.

BAD BAD BAD gal at the front desk is rude and would rather answer text messages on her cell phone during the time that she is supposedly «helping» you make an appointment and ordering glass. she has no customer professionalism.
make sure you show up with a full tank of gas cause you wont be leaving with it! the shop guys ran the car the entire hour they had it with the A/​C full blast.

I just went in today to get the windshield replaced on my 95 Volvo. I am very pleased. It only cost $ 165. They took me right away and I was out in 35 minutes with a beautiful new windshield. The people weren’t super friendly… but they weren’t rude. The waiting room was dirty and dusty but who cares. The labor has a lifetime guarentee. I had to put my two cents in after reading the other reviews. This place deserves 5 stars in my book.

I had a huge spiderweb crack in my Jeep Grand Cherokee (operator error). Safelite came out at the behest of my Ins Co, and they could not repair it. Safelite wanted $ 300.
When I called Low Cost they said they could have the glass next day, and it was the identical glass that Safelite quoted me, at less than half the cost. I called next day to verify the glass was in, and that the price was correct.
The busness is inside of a METAL– tin type building. Yes, metal. So, if you are expecting ambiance, you are in the wrong place. They have a tiny waiting room with a vending machine and a couple of dog eared mags. I went home, and picked my vehicle up later.
The staff was fine, they were prompt, and I was happy with the service. I also called 3 places in Santa Rosa for quotes, and they were almost double the cost of Low Price. For less than half of the cost of the others, I was pleased as punch. If you want Muzak, and plushy couches, you should probably choose the dealer!

Do not come here! The reception lady/​secretary is rude and very unprofessional. The waiting room is dirty and disgusting, it seems like a run down body shop from a piece of Baja Mexico. Although they do have low prices, it’s not worth the rude, dishonest, dirty service provided; furthermore, they will try to make a cheap job more expensive by telling you there are more hidden problems. As for an example of this unprofessional atmosphere, all the glass is out in the open to gather dust and dirt while the workers sit around playing cards, and when there is a problem you have the workers explaining it to you while the rude secretary women leans over your shoulder to just challenge you if you disagree with the problem told to you. I’m not sure if it’s because their glass is stolen or not but they do get glass quicker than other shops, which is the only reason I chose this shop, because I couldn’t wait a week. The only nice person at this place is the owner Anese. The problem is that his secretary takes charge and try’s to pretend she is the owner while she rudely excepts your service. It felt like they would have rather not worked on my car for $ 225 dollars for just one hour of work. To wrap it all up, Do Not Come Here!

Galyna is a hater! All her reviews are 1-​star bitchfests. I’ve used these guys three times in as many years and every time it’s been good. A small window on my jeep was gonna cost me $ 300 to fix, they did it for $ 80. This morning I got my truck window replaced for $ 95, beat that. As for the staff, the’yre fine. I’m white and they’ve always been nice to me. The place is what it is. A cheap auto glass repair shop. I totally recommend it to anyone.

First of all i would recommend this place to anyone, even if they had to drive a distance. I had a broken windshield and they did a wonderful job of replacing it! When i spoke to the woman on the phone she claimed they had the lowest prices in the business, and if i found a place that had lower rates they would lower their prices for me! i called around and she was correct… i am sorry Galyana had such a bad experience but
the ladies working in the office were very helpful and friendly, oh and the one named faten is super pretty too:)!

This possibly the worst place to get glass for a vehicle, I showed up for my 10 a.m. appointment and was told no one ordered my glass and it would be here at 2 and to come back. That is about as good as it went, as I write this around 2:45 no glass is around, the workers are leaning on my car and playing around and I keep getting told any minute. The owner’s daughter is rude and condescending and the other receptionist has boils, or some sort of plague secreating pus and blood from her open sores. Fantastic. Also the waiting room is playing univision. I get to watch a channel in a language I don’t understand. Just do not waste time and money here.
Update. My glass arrived broken and unusable. A complete waste of my time.
