I ordered mostly woods from LMII and the shipping is super fast. Most woods I ordered from them are cheaper than Stewmac about the same quality.

I special ordered a set of Schaller machine heads through Luthiers Mercantile and was very pleased with the service I received. They were polite, friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. It is nice that there is a business like this right here in NorCal (Windsor). Thanks Chris!

A set of Delta 510s 21:1 were purchased from LMII (gold with black tuners) & after installing them into a nice L-​10 Madagascar Larrivee that was kept in its case untouched, the tuners finish oxidized.
I contacted Chris from Customer Service at LMII only to be informed that I have to eat the replacement cost and LMII’s best suggestion was to un-​install the tuners & polish all 6 of them yourself. I inquired to get a direct contact with the manufacturer only to be told that it is difficult to get to them. I did polish these tuners but the finish never really came close to the original look.
I love 510 tuners but to be put through a situation like this is NOT /​should never be acceptable by standards of $$$ cost to purchase these set.
