Made an appointment 1 week out. With a newborn in the house making appointments isn’t always easy. I got a call 15 minutes before my appointment stating it needed to be canceled and that it would be another week. Unfortunately with two dogs I will be calling around because I need my screen door to work, I waited for Ken as when I was doing research he was the most helpful and gave me advice without any payment. Which in working with the public I know goes a long way. I hope Ken can make it quicker. If Ken is able to complete the work I will update this review. But so far not a good feeling as a customer.

Ken replaced a window screen in my home. He did a good job at a reasonable rate. In attempting to get him back for another screen, however, he has not returned phone messages. I’m going to give my future business to one who is willing and able to respond to their phone messages.

This is the third time I have used Ken. He is responsive to my calls and arrives on time. He replaced every screen in a house I was selling and the job was impeccable. He replaced screen doors and repaired my invisible screen doors. His prices are fair and he always goes the extra mile to make it right. Ken is the first call you should make if you need help with your screens.

We had Ken re-​screen our entire home. His prices were very competitive and he accommodated our schedule to get the job done. The fact that he has mobile operations and can custom make your screens and frames on the spot is a big bonus. He takes great pride in his work and won’t look to oversell you on work that’s not needed. Highly recommended!

I called North Coast Mobile Screen on a Saturday. Ken called me back but I missed his call. It was like 4:00 on Saturday and he called me back again and said he will finishing up his last job for the day and could come out to look at our screen door that afternoon. Very prompt and polite when he showed up. At first I thought we needed a new sliding screen door, but Ken thought the door was still very good, and we just needed new screening and wheels. Saved us money. Rather then scheduling an appointment, he stayed and did the job. Our screen door slides perfect and looks great. Very reasonable rates too. I would highly recommend North Coast Mobile Screen. Thank you Ken.

Horrible service! They booked me a week out, which if they are busy it’s understandable but who knows. Then when the day came around for Ken Silva to actually show up he completely flaked and wouldn’t answer his phone. In my opinion that is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

I’m not big on doing Unilocal reviews but this company is so great, I have to write about it.
We needed screens for our place in Guerneville. I didn’t know where to start so I looked online. After the first company I found turned us down, I called Ken at North Coast. He was professional and knowledgeable and made an appointment that fit with our schedule. He was on time and came out in the rain. He measured all the windows for screens, even one that was an old wooden window where we weren’t sure we could have a screen. He came back the following week — again on time, and replaced/​built and installed 14 screens. Everything fits perfectly and looks great. And all at a great price! If you need window or door screens in the Russian River area, Ken at North Coast is your guy!

Over the last year, I’ve had Ken replace several screens on my house. His work is excellent, his prices are very reasonable, he is a really nice guy, and he tries hard to make sure you get the best. I dont write many 5 star reviews, but here goes.
