As a Judy Niemeyer certified shop, we always have a large selection of batiks, patterns and kits to make Judy’s spectacular projects.

Business Owner

Like many other quilt shops, my mother Lois was the inspiration for this adventure. As a child my mother made all my clothes, and when we became adults we learned to quilt together. I have always had a love for fabric and colors for quilts, and Mother’s passion is the process of quilting, so together we make a good team.

For years we had been talking about opening a business together, and after 28 years of working in an office, I decided it was time for a change. Now our dream has become a reality; I get to choose fabrics for samples and patterns, and she gets to create new projects. Even at the age of 90, this spunky little lady with rheumatoid arthritis still comes to the shop when her health allows.
