We clean all carpets, residential and commercial, all synthetic fibers and wool. We do this and nothing else, and have gotten VERY GOOD at it.

Our standard services include soil removal, spot treatment and cleaning, vacuuming using a Dyson DC-​28, using a crevice tool along perimeter baseboards as needed, and carpet grooming.

We also provide pet urine assessment, including black lighting and documentation, foul smell remediation, red and other pigment removal, residue removal, restoration on trashed out carpets, area rugs.

Our static-​attraction cleaning product is safe for children and pets, and our spotter product is green cross certified and biodegrades into water, carbon dioxide and simple minerals.

We provide service 7 days a week and night time. Our service is backed by a two week return policy, where we do not charge you if we can make significant improvement in our results.

Return requests have been less than 1 in 50 work orders and only 1 in 100 did we improve our results.

History

Established in 1991.

By the early 1990’s Soil Transfer Technology, using a proprietary formula for removing soil from carpet fiber via static attraction had been developed. Smart’s role was to prove this technology had the ability to deep clean the carpet without leaving residues that would require a hot water extraction/​rinsing process.

The conclusion from these tests confirmed Smart had deep cleaning ability and did not leave any residues of consequence to require periodic hot water extraction over the life cycle of the carpet. Continued due diligence over the next 5 years was used to find a simple and effective way of addressing spot removal and smell issues. A solution was found with the selection of Lift Off and OCA products.

With the static attraction process now proven, in 2005 Smart began operations in Colorado with the intent to focus on business modeling for franchise development.
