History
Established in 2014.
The Sand Bar at Pelican Lakes is located below the restaurant and bar at Pelican Lakes Golf & Country Club in Windsor. The space formally used to be a fitness facility, a meeting room and a storage room, and is now one of the most unique bars in the state. It is open to the public, 7 days a week.
