I recently had joint replacement in my 2 big toes, my cartilage was gone and I had arthritis, cysts and bone spurs in each foot. Dr Pastore was GREAT. He preformed surgery on both toes, 8 weeks apart. After 12 years, I am in no pain. His staff, especially, Becky and Jessica, are always nice and cheerful to you. I am so grateful to him for making my life better. Thank you Doctor Robin.

I have had Surgery, Wound Care, and Nail Maintenance with Dr Pastore for over 7 years. Robin and his staff are the most caring folks that I have ever met. They treat you like family and really care about your health and take the extra steps for your care. The love shown from wrapping a foot to X-​rays and surgery is fantastic and a huge step above the rest. This care cannot be trained and must come from the heart. Being diabetic and also having high blood pressure is difficult enough for proper healing. Robin is an expert in his field. I am honored to call him my friend. His staff is also a cut above what you normally find.

I started experiencing foot pain with increased activity. He is not only a great, down to earth person, he is a very talented surgeon. The office staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. You get the complete package here.
Dr. Pastore is an athlete and is very sensitive to keeping you active despite your foot problem. He fully understands where you are an where you want to be.
I will have no problem referring him to anyone who needs foot care. He is an excellent doctor and I feel lucky to have him as my physician.

A doctor that REFUSED to do surgery on me because he truly felt it was the wrong thing to do for me and he was right! Doing what he recommended (conservative measures) resulted in excellent healing without having to cut into muscle.
That is a doctor that puts patients above profits!

I received a referral to Dr. Pastore from my primary care physician on a Wednesday morning and was able to get in at 1pm that same day, for an in-​grown toe nail that had been troubling me for months. Dr. Pastore was thorough, professional, and fun. I can tell he loves what he does and that he really cares for his patients. He’s incredibly genuine and will make you feel totally at ease, even if you’re in pain. If you have any sort of foot trouble you will be in good hands with Dr. Pastore.

Great doctor and a very nice person! Who wants to go to a foot doctor? Not exactly something you are dying to do. His staff is very helpful, they even have some toys for kids to play with, and they are very friendly.
I had some outpatient surgery and Dr. P. even gave me a Blockbuster gift card to get some movies while I was laid up! He was an athlete during college and is very sensitive to keeping active despite your foot/​feet problem.
I have sent many people here and am glad to send him the business. We need more docs like this!
