I haven’t been in here in ages, probably since I was in high school, but while I don’t think they were technically a part of the sidewalk sale, its just around the corner so we went to take a look around. This was the best and coolest place to shop for clothes in town. It is a tad on the spendier side, but its because they carry brand names like Roxy, Billabong, Fox etc. I do remember you had to be somewhat careful because the carried enough of certain things, you often had a lot of people wearing the same things, which is kind of sacrilegious when in high school and you’re trying so hard to be unique; today it looked like they had more variety and not so many duplicates of items. Today I was showing my true fat kid colors and had on a too tight spaghetti strap tank top that really emphasized my, umm, Unilocal reviewing belly pouch… yea that’s what I will call it, job hazards you know ;) Anyways, I wanted a shirt to put over the top that was looser. There were a ton of things I wanted like fun baggy, summer pants, long maxi skirts, light crocheted layers, but am trying to stick to a budget at the moment, so I scanned the clearance rack and found a nice light layering t-shirt, and only $ 10! Its clean, smells good, organized and has a cute tropical/hawaiian theme/atmosphere with a build in bamboo hut style counter(literally has a roof and everything) and dressing rooms. The owners are super friendly and sweet and never hesitate to join in fundraisers or make donations for them. You can’t feel bad for supporting such a great and long time locally owned business! Thanks for providing some super cute, updated options for clothing in town besides lower quality Walmart and not making us have to make a drive to Reno or Elko.
