Took a brand new maxi dress that I just bought to get it shortened as it was too long. Their seamstress decided that since she cannot re-create the stitching at the bottom seam that she will cut it right smack in the middle and shorten it from there. Who does that? You would think that they would call first to ask if it’s ok but still, who cuts a maxi dress in the middle to get it shortened? The short guy with curly hair asked for a receipt for insurance purposes he said. I have given them my receipt but I told them I want a replacement of the same dress. Sad part is I have been going to the same place for 20 years for all my dry cleaning needs. Lesson learned!!! I still have not heard from them.

This place is beyond terrible, I hate to write negative comment for any business but they lost $ 1000 pants and never called back to update us with status of what happened to the pants or tried to work something out I am still waiting to hear from them hopefully they are smart enough to take care of this matter cause it will get ugly!

Been going to Fultan Cleaners for around a year now, and every time received courteous service. Ben has always been very polite to me, and takes good care of my items. Recently I took in some clothing from the 1950’s and 1960’s and he did a wonderful job of cleaning, without any damage to garments that old. A while ago, I had him package my wedding dress for preservation. Must confess, I opened the box to take a peek once it was home, and everything in there — the dress, train, veil, and sequined purse were all beautifully placed in the acid-free storage box. I like Ben a lot and would highly recommend Fultan Cleaners.

One of the worst places I have ever been to I do NOT recommend anyone to come here the customer service is terrible. The gentleman in the front gave me false information on my things paid for something that gave me the same problem in the beginning. Not worth coming here ever again!

ACTUALLYNEGATIVEONESTARRATING. I have been bringing my laundry here for years until now. I will admit I never thought the work was great but Fultan Cleaners is in my neighborhood and somewhat reasonable. Today the owner tried to collect on a balance that didn’t exist from my past visit. I said nicely«I pay in full each time». When asked he couldn’t even explain what the balance was for. He then got angry and rude towards me. The work they did on my shirts(wrinkled, not starched, poorly creased) was C or D grade at best. No wonder his racks were so empty. If you go there you will be disappointed too.

Mr Fultan is a great and helpful person. I brought in some dress shirts, and had explained to him how it was my first time at a cleaners. He was very helpful and explained what he was going to do to the shirts and how the procedures work. He is very knowledgable and friendly. He has been there for over 3 decades as he explained. There is no doubt he knows what he’s doing and prices are reasonable. I would recommend him anytime.

Fraudulent! You’d be a fool to give your business to FOOLtan cleaners. A relative of mine too meek to resist these people had a dress stained by these«cleaners.» When she complained, the owner insulted her, calling her dress«cheap.» Be forewarned. If you like clothes ruined, getting ripped off, then insulted, visit your«friendly» neighborhood cleaners at FOOLtan cleaners. If only zero stars was an option…

The older guy that works there ripped me off for my money, I had a dress altered and he charged me 40 bucks to just get the sides hemmed, and to get it shortened, you must be out of your mind! I took a dress their once before and the younger man with the curly hair who is adorably sweet charged me 12 dollars for my hem.

Mr Fultan! He was my dry cleaner when I was in Winnetka. The best part was he was open late. 7pm M-F. Great when fighting the 101N traffic into the West Valley. Not the best work, but I haven’t seen flawless work yet. But definitely worth my money. I was almost going to make a deal with him to barter. Woulda been sweet. Then I moved back to NoHo.
