Jumpy Jumper

I had called last minute to order a jumper and they were very accommodating to my needs. Elizabeth was very sweet and helpful. The day of delivery, they were there on time and the jumper was in great condition. And of course, the prices were amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend and order from them again!

I really love this company, I highly recommend besides they are awesome people try to help you anytime.

We rented all the tables and chairs along with the jumper for my daughters 2^nd with Jumpy Jumper. Martin and Elizabeth were such a pleasure to deal with. They delivered early, items were clean and in great condition. The whole process was easy from start to finish and would definitely use their services again. Thank you so much everything! Elizabeth and Martin, wife and husband owners, are absolutely lovely to work with. They were responsive, punctual, well-​priced, and friendly. I will use absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs party supplies.

Jumpy Jumper came to my son’s 6^th birthday party. The house itself was in great condition and clean. And so were the table and chairs we rented. Very easy to work with, even in moments of missteps. I didn’t mention that while the jumpy jumper came to my home address, I was planning to use a greenbelt area (no power). Oops. My fault. So, if you’re not accessing power, you have to let them know to bring a generator. They aren’t just sitting on the truck. They were so polite on site and very gracious over the phone. I was able to figure out a plan with power so all worked out. I’d definitely recommend.

We rented a bounce house with slide for our son’s birthday. Good prices and good service. Elizabeth was very helpful.

Nice people and the prices are reasonable although I had few issues. They agreed to 65 serving and then changed it to 48 hotdogs for the hotdog machine. Not a big deal since the difference was not much and I could buy the rest myself but I was surprised. They were late for delivery and although I understand things can happen it gave us a lot of frustration and that is not even my complain because I saw they worked very hard to set up as quick as possible. Elizabeth did not answer my calls during our wait for delivery and was making me so worried. between all the running around I had to text her «Please call me» for her to call and update me of the status.
One important suggestion the hotdog machine does not perform and if you are expecting to actually get the hotdogs cook its not going to work. Luckily we had grill to cook the hotdogs and then just put it on the rollers to stay warm a little but there is no way you can cook the hotdogs.
Either way overall I liked working with them but this time unfortunately things were not in both sides favor I guess. I still liked them they were nice to work with.

I was so impressed with Elizabeth and Martin, Jumpy Jumper’s owners. The pricing was very affordable, and the bounce house was delivered and set up exactly when they said they would (9 am). It was in pristine condition, and because I was local (about 8 miles away) there was no delivery charge. Martin also came to pick it up at the time I had requested – no waiting, and it was an easy deflation/​removal. I would definitely use this company again for any future bounce house rentals. I had called four other companies to get quotes, all of which were higher than Jumpy Jumper’s – and I wasn’t nearly as impressed with the others’ demeanor or customer service.
We had a gaggle of 6 year-​olds over for a birthday celebration, and they were laughing and bouncing the whole time. The castle and slide were the hit of the party. Thank you, Elizabeth and Martin!

Elizabeth is who I contacted when placing my order. She’s very helpful and super friendly. Our local park office gave us a list of vendors who carry bouncy houses that are approved to set up at our local park. I compared prices from 9 different vendors. Jumpy jumpers offered the best prices for bouncy houses, tables, & chairs. Would recommend to everyone.

THE EXPERIENCE: We hosted a staff appreciation company picnic at Woodley Park and Jumpy Jumper was one of the listed vendors approved for bounce houses. They were also more on the cheaper side in comparison to the other vendors that were listed so we went for it. The couple who we spoke to on the phone were very detailed and explained that their bounce houses are brand new. Sure enough, when they came (on time) on the day of the event to set up, the bouncer looked brand spankin’ new! They set up the bounce house and a table with their business cards laid out. We were able to meet the husband and wife behind the phone and they had very bouncy personalities! Great fit for working with kids! I think they are just starting up but based on how smooth everything went, I highly recommend these guys. I can’t remember how much they charged us exactly but I will update this once I look back on our files.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I also called a head to ask them about their generator as we needed to plug up our amplifier so that we can play music at the park. The lady on the phone was not 100% sure about how much their generator will be able to handle and advised me to rent an extra one to be safe… a few minutes later she called back and explained that after speaking with her husband, the generator they have will be more than enough to accommodate our amplifier. She was so nice on the phone and I think it is rare for vendors to go through the effort of calling you back with additional information so they can SAVE YOU MONEY.
OVERALL: These guys are worth your time and money!
