Papa John’s Pizza

The delivery was fast, that is all that was good.
Online had errors, took two phone calls still failed, so we ordered on the app which worked.
Pepperoni pizza was so greasy and could not be held since it will fall apart even before it leaves the box.
All the pepperoni and vegetables was under the cheese… Not on it?

Woaw im on lunch break (30min) its been 27 min since i order my pozza n its not in the oven yet! There one man, he is answering the phones n making my pizza at the same time i just saw him hold the dough with 2 hands n then answers the phone n go bck to my pizza while o. The phone… its not fair to the employee n customer. I for sure WONT BE COMING BCK! POOR SERVICE

1. They got my phone number wrong.
2. I asked for extra sauce on my wings and they gave them to extra dry. I thought I was eating beef jerky for a minute there.
3. I said no ranch and what do they do? They give me a bucket of ranch –_​_​_​–
4. My pizza was so damn cold that it gave me brain freeze!
I’m sure that this will be the last time I order from here. Digorno it is!

I’m not hating Papa John’s but I really have had better… JC’s is cheaper and more delicious than Papa John’s pizza. Papa john’s has a good price on pizza but I’d rather pay more for Pizza Hut or just go to Little Ceaser’s.
I do want to say that I enjoyed the chicken poppers and the pizza tasted better after it sat out for a bit. Never had a pizza taste better after it sat out rather than tasting better fresh. That’s a new one.

Great service! Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas over the phone and delivered in 22 mins. You made my kids happy!

My daughter, her mom & I ordered a pizza from here at 2:53 pm today. At 3:40, still no pizza. When we called, we were told the «driver should be calling us with our pizza in 5 minutes». Fifteen minutes later, you guessed it-​still no pizza! So, I called again & was told they «have no way to get in touch with the driver to see what’s up». B-​freaking-​S! The driver had a cell phone to call & say he was here (after 1&¼ hours); if he has a phone to call us, then he has a phone for his boss to call! I told his boss after more than 1 hour of waiting that if it wasn’t here in 5 minutes, cancel the order. Pizza comes after 1 hr 15 minutes; it was stone cold, so I told the driver take it back, I’m not paying for cold stuff. No One offered to bring a fresh pizza; No One offered a free pizza or even a free soda.
The manager has a crap attitude; when I complained, after 3 calls, his attitude seemed to be like, «whatever». In short, after 3 plus years of being a customer, NEVER AGAIN & I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME!!!
P. S.: To the manager of this location, if you see this review, if you don’t like providing & don’t believe in customer service, here’s a hint: GET ANOTHER JOB!!!

I called in a Medium Cheese Pizza from my office for take-​out.
My residence wasn’t far from this particular location:
Papa John’s Store #2292 20 442 SHERMAN WAY CANOGA PARK, CA 91 306.
The manager, FRANCISCO PORPILLO (spelling) sees the coupon and remarks it must be made online. Clearly the only stipulations show a delivery charge or applicable taxes may occur. I did present the coupon as required and chose a location in the area.
Instead of seeing my reason, he pulls back the pizza in a way I felt criminal to be there.
At this point, I couldn’t get Papa John’s website to function on my phone and any explanation went in circles.
I think he was more interested in making me feel stupid than seeing a customer’s side to the matter. Be advised, customer service at this location is the reason I won’t return! You are better off spending your money elsewhere and the quality will probably top their location as well!

I will never ever order Papa Johns Pizza again. I was a very loyal customer and always a consistent high spend whenever I did place an order. However, the worse customer service I’ve ever had. I had to call to complain about a burned pizza and wings that had a dab of any trace of sauce on them. I had a very awful person give me attitude when I was being very courteous about my issue. They finally did send a replacement pizza and it was half decent this time. I sent an email to customer service about the experience. They said if her back from someone in 2 – 3 business days. Never heard anything. Sent a follow-up…never heard anything. Papa Johns has gone down the toilet. I am now going to Round Table for better quality pizza and ingredients. Lose your tag line Papa Johns because it’s certainly not true.

Not sure why it’s rated so low, I mean. What do you expect from a pizza delivery place? Anyway, I will say they were great about calling a different location to cancel my online order as the dumb app mapped the wrong location for me. I don’t frequent papa johns a whole lot, but it’s a decent spot.

This Papa Johns provides good pizza and hot wings! They have great customer service!

I usually buy my pizza at the Papa Johns on Shoup and Sherman way but today I decided to try this papa johns since it was closer to me what a big mistake the pizza was cold and it seemed like it was just dough and tomatoe sauce with hardly any cheese the garlic sauce didn’t even taste right it was just gross never coming back here again even if there were handing out free pizza just stay away from here sorry but you guys obviously don’t care and it shows

The nastiest pizza and worst customer service I’ve ever had, might as well go to Little Caesar’s! Pizza came to my house as if it were sitting in a hot car for 15 minutes prior to being delivered to my home. when I called to complain the manager was very rude and sarcastic. The managers name is Francisco, the rudest man (and manager) I have ever dealt with in an establishment. Not to mention I’ve been waiting since 2:25 pm for them to bring my money back and it is now 4:37 pm. If you want soggy cold pizza, old ingredients, and old garlic dipping sauce go to this papa johns location. Ask for the horrible manager Francisco he should help you. (Not)

The first time I ordered from here I wasn’t too impressed, we had the veggie with sausage pizza and it was average. The second time we ordered the veggie with extra veggies lol and it was AWESOME! A little pricey though, 35 bucks for a medium pizza with 8 wings? Craziness!

Never had a problem with this place. Just don’t ask for basil because the girl on the phone don’t know what that is. Lol

I ordered a pizza on ²⁄₂₅ at 5:18pm. I was told it would take 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour I was told the driver was just leaving. When he arrived my pizza was stone cold. I asked the driver to take it back. When I called the manager was rude and incompetent. This is the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Yesenia is the manager at this location and she’s a complete joke. She shouldn’t work in customer service with a nasty attitude like that.

I’m usually a big fan of papa john’s. They make the best pizza in my book but last night my boyfriend and I ordered pizza and wings online at 1020pm for delivery but by 1130 nothing. After ordering we got a confirmation so we were quite appalled when nothing showed. We were really starving and pizza would’ve hit the spot after this experience papa johns doesn’t seem so great

I ordered 4 pizzas and I ordered 1 speciality pizza and specifically said NO MEAT I confirmed that they got that. My guest where vegetarians and what do you know they put meat on it. I had to call back they took 45 MINUTES!!! My guest where waiting yeah vegetarians who ate meat, how rude does that look? Yet papa johns not willing to give ANYTHING FOR FREE. I am going to call corporate tomorrow, never eating papa johns again should’ve stuck with Pizza Hut. CAUTION STAY AWAY! Go to Pizza Hut or Dominos

I’ve been ordering from this PJ location since 2012. Never ordered inside this specific location, just chose delivery via PJ’s android app.
Almost always I order a thincrust pizza with bbq sauce in place of tomato with whatever cheese and toppings I feel like eating. For the most part I find the pizzas I ordered have no problem.
very few times I had issues. First problem was when I ordered two pizzas which were the same ingredients. i got the standard pepperoni pizza in one of them which I don’t order. I notified the PJ staff of this location. They let me keep the pepperoni pizza. Delivery guy returned with the right pizza with extra pepperoncini and garlic sauce. The other issues since then were mostly on how my pizzas were cut. sometimes when I order square cut, there was no square cut just the typical standard. H ad no significant issues since then.

This papa johns location is just okay. Nothing special about it just okay. What annoys me is that when you call one papa johns location and it is the wrong location, if you ask for the number to the proper location… they till you they don’t have it, and they can not get it for you… weird, but okay. After having a difficult time finding the number to the correct location, I called and ordered my pizza, and was told it would be about 45 minutes… huh?!? Okay whatever went to pick up my pizza and I see why it would take so long, it was a rainy day and EVERYONE was picking up or ordering a pizza at the exact same time, sucks for them.
The actual pizza itself was pretty good. I always love papa johns pizza, so that was the nice part I took my pizza home to enjoy on a nice rainy day, while sitting next to my fireplace.

BAD customer service n that’s not the worst if it. I order food from this location for many years n get delivery majority of the time. I’m always getting attitude from The delivery guy for askin extra cheese n pepper n never get any because he always runs out. So the next time I ordered for delivery again I got the same guy with attitude n same answer but this time I got a bonus on my pizza, HAIR! N it’s Not just hair from top of your head, arm, or leg. It’s HAIR from a PRIVATE AREA n I know HAIR from a PRIVATE AREA because its doesn’t look the same
. I was so DISGUSTED N SICK TO MY STOMACH. I will never go to this location ever again. So think about it when you order pizza from this Location.
