Specialties
We pride ourselves in creating genuine TX BBQ. We only use local hardwoods in our pit, and we use no gas or lighter fluid. We use a dry rub on our ribs and briskets that comes from White Oak TX. TX BBQ is our specialty. Our briskets are smoked for a minimum of 15 hours on an old Bewley pit.
