I normally eat here for lunch but lately the service is getting worse. I think I will take it off the list for a while. Perhaps there has been a change in management. If so, it is not a good one.

There wasn’t a hostess to greet me when I entered the restaurant. I was standing there for about 5 minutes, then was escorted by someone to a booth. I informed the hostess it was just me and I would be fine in the bar, but was told they only have a few single patron tables and I felt that I had to sit there. I looked over the menu after getting my drink and noticed they no longer had the chicken crisper tacos I always got it the past(it’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at a chili’s), and I asked if it was no longer available and it wasn’t until I asked for the check for the drink since that was the only reason I came did the server then go and ask the cook if he could make it. Instead of the server telling me yes, she just added it to the bill, then came and told me before she brought it. I had to ask for silver ware to eat the rice and beans that comes with it(which I had no clue about either). Server was over all nice but I probably wouldn’t come back here again, at least not alone.

Great meal little pricey though, steak could use some more seasoning mainly tastes like just the meat which some people like but personally I like a little more flavor to my steak maybe a little more pepper to the mix would help, the skillet mashed potatoes were amazing some of the best I ever had.

Worst service in the world, our drinks were low to the point of making the unsettling loud slurping noise, while we waited on our food that took 35 – 40 minutes for a steak, and the enchiladas, things that take less than 10 minutes to cook. When we finally got our food it was so cold, and obvious it was put into a microwave. We watched as other tables who arrived after us received their food, and refills on their drinks. We are so disgusted with this place we strongly urge others to stay away from this place, if you want something better, and great service go elsewhere, anywhere is better than here.

The logo is a chili, but the service is cold as ice! Wrong find of chilly. I honestly can’t think of a single time I have eaten at any chili and had fast prompt service. Last night was no different. The restaurant was maybe half full. We had gotten an email saying yesterday was the last day for 1 app, 2 adult dinners, 2 kids meals, and dessert for $ 30. We told our waitress about it and she said she needed to see if they were still offering it. After several minutes she emerges from the abyss to verify we were indeed correct. We ordered our drinks, app, and meals. Several more minutes pass and again our waitress appears with our app and drinks. She then disappears again. Not sure if they have a video game system, hop scotch, or lord knows what but when the servers go into the kitchen, or «the unknown» they stay there for awhile. Our waitress comes out after awhile and offered me a refill and asked if we wanted more salsa. Literally 5 mins later, she reappears with my refills. Maybe it was her turn to play, or the kitchen has a maze and she has to find her way out! As we wait I see lots of other tables all waiting. Their servers also seem to go into Narnia as they enter the kitchen. We hear all the servers, ours included, and managers say, your food is on its way. My favorite line was when they told us they were waiting on the oranges for our kids meal, going to the grocery store or Florida to get them?! Our food finally arrives. I had half a rack of ribs with the dr pepper BBQ sauce the sauce was good. But the bones with slim piece of meat was meh. I should have taken a picture, but we waited so long that I was beyond ready to dig in. Honestly these ribs had hardly any meat to speak of. I think my loaded potatoes had more meat with the bacon, then what was on the ribs. Poor poor service was beyond poor quality of product says no chilies for us for awhile, deal or no deal.

First off I love Chili’s!!! I always pick this Restuarant for my birthday every year, my son loves it now he picked it last year for his birthday. Out of the dozens of times I have been to this Chili’s, this WAS the worst experience. I have never had an experience like this with them before. With it being a Tuesday it was actually busy. Which is fine, the restuarant has no control over that. However, once we were finally seated at our table the hostess handed us our menus and said the waiter will be with you shortly. After about 15 minutes the waiter finally came and only wanted to take our drink orders. We were fully ready to order. After another 10 minutes we got our drinks. We finally placed our order. My husband wanted a side salad instead of broccoli, my son was Mac and cheese instead of fries(we were told there would be a upcharge for that, which was fine) and then my Salmon. Ok they got rid of the old way with garlic and butter which was yummy and put out some new ancho kind. I was not interested. They did agree to make my salmon the old way which I was over the moon about. Whenever our order finally arrived, my son had fries, my husband had no salad but had the broccoli he made clear he didn’t want and my plate well I was served the Ancho Salmon. Wrong wring wrong. So while my family went ahead and ate I had to wait in my refired salmon. The manager was very snobbish about it. Like it was fault! I I mean I wasn’t expecting him to grovel at my feet or anything like that but a more sincere apology. In the end we were there 2 ½ hours. 2 hours of it was waiting at different times for different things. And out of that whole time I had to refill my kids tea with my own by if I did get a waiter the would reply«ok I’ll be right back with that» and I still ended up leaving only to have 1 glass of tea the entire time. But the food was fantastic. That deserves 5 stars.

The food is not bad. The hostesses need a crash course in manners and customer service.

I’d have to say this is probably my favorite Chili’s location. Just had lunch there with my husband and son and service was great as usual. Had my first steak(6oz sirloin) and it was perfect. There was absolutely no fat on it what so ever and it was so tender that it melted in my mouth. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to the right temperature. Wish they would put baked potatoes on the menu… settled for mashed potatoes and broccoli. YUM!

Okay, so. I love chills, it’s one of my favorite places to go. I’m usually very happy but today I was a little disappointed. When I ordered my food I asked for ranch. When they brought the food it didn’t come with. It took about 5 – 8 minutes for the waiter to come back after our food was dropped for me to ask for some. I also had to ask for him to refill our waters because the whole table was out. He also didn’t prebus the dishes until I piled them up at the end of the table. The salsa with our chips and salsa was basically water. There were no tomatoes in it. On the up side, the food tasted great and the management that came to talk to us was great. She was a blonde lady. I will come back plenty more times, we just had an off experience.

The chips and salsa were good. That’s about where it ends. I ordered the Carnitas Fajitas… They came out sizzling and smelled great. But there was approximately 3 ounces of meat and 8 ounces of peppers and onions. I could have put all the meat in one tortilla and thrown away the other two. The meat was very flavorful. Chili’s does a great job with flavor profiles, but the portion was a joke. The condiments for the fajitas was comical as well. There was a 2oz ramekin of cheese that was not even a quarter full. In fact it had 14 strands of cheese. Yeah. I counted. Halfway through my meal, I had to ask for the rice and beans that the server upsold for a whopping 99 cents. Not sure why they don’t just serve it with the meal. Maybe some people fill up on all that meat and cheese!!! The ice and beans were a mixed bag. The beans were hot and delicious. The ice was just like… well… ice. I didn’t misspell it. It was cold and crunchy like ice. Undercooked and actually cold to the touch. I wasn’t worried about food born illness, it was pretty close to 40 degrees, so it was safe to eat.

I am always leery of chain restaurants. My husband and I ate here on a Tuesday night and they were pretty busy. The service was excellent. The southwest egg rolls were delicious. My husband got the California flat bread and I got the California turkey club. Both were very good. My absolute favorite item that evening, by far, was the skillet chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chips were gooey with that fresh out of the oven taste. Combine that with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and I was in heaven. I would return for the cookie alone.

I’m not such a fan of this particular location. We were there with a very large party; 15+ people. We had one server. It was during dinner rush. See how there could be an issue? All of our orders were taken at the same time but there was 45 minutes between when the first entrée came out until the last ones came out. Not so cool. The manager was less than helpful and not so apologetic when we reported that we weren’t so happy.

Dreadful experience from our local Chili’s Grill & Bar this weekend(Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem, NC). We had booked a party of twenty on Saturday night but were called only 4 hours before to be told our booking was cancelled because«another party takes precedence». With no chance to book another location on such short notice for a busy Saturday night, the evening plans of twenty people were ruined and, after all working very hard, we were denied the chance to relax and celebrate our achievements together. Thanks for nothing Chili’s. Way to ruin our weekend.

A lot better now. We used to eat at Chlii’s, then quit because the to-go took forever and there was no online ordering. However, they’ve actually finally upgraded. I will say that they have removed the to-go parking spots but they never enforced it much at this restaurant so you’d have a couple dinkleberries that would eat at the restaurant but park in the spots. In any case, when we told them that we’d pick up the order at 7PM online, they actually had the order for us at 7PM. That’s impressive. If they keep up service like that, I’ll definitely be back more often since to-go service is a must in this town.

I mean this is a chain, so I really don’t need to comment on the food. The only reason why I’m saying anything because the service was extremely slow. I like Chili’s and will come back here — just not if I’m in a hurry and am extremely hungry.
