Dragonware Computers is a family owned computer sales and service business based in Winston Salem, NC. Our goal is to provide an excellentexperience for every customer, every time. If your computer is giving you trouble talk to our Service Department to see what steps should be taken to fix it. Or see our Sales Department for parts or new/​used computers.

History

Established in 2003.

Dragonware Computers was founded by Phillip and Michelle Reopel in early 2003. Between 2003 and 2008 the business moved several times, mainly due to a need for increased space. In 2008 the shopping center they’d been in for 5 years was purchased by a college and they had to move to a new shopping center. They are now located in the Kester Mill Village shopping center on Hanes Mall Blvd. Through the years the staff has grown. Originally just the husband and wife team, the store now has 7 employees. The focus has also shifted from being entirely store based, to a more balanced focus on store service and service calls. In fact some of our staff rarely see the storefront anymore. We believe that this balanced approach better caters to the vaierty of needs that our clients experience on a daily basis.

Meet the Manager

Chris J.

Manager

Chris is an A+ Certified Technician with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Computer Information Systems. He is proficient in both hardware and software, and is a troubleshooting specialist. Chris is available both in-​store and on-​site for PC setup and networking, internet connectivity issues, installation and troubleshooting of peripherals or software, and personalized teaching of basic computer skills.
