Gwen Sinclair really is a Gwen Of All Trades, but she does not do it alone. Gwen Of All Trades is a team of healthcare professionals that work to bring wellness to the community through both therapy and education. We offer weekly American Heart Association CPR, First Aid and North Carolina Intervention classes. We also have a team of NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapists, that offer a variety of services. Gwen is an Independant Consultant for Arbonne offering consultations on skin care, body care and nutrition. This site will give you some basic information about the services Gwen Of All Trades offers, and will also allow you to sign up for classes and schedule your own appointments.

History

Established in 2004.

2004 — Gwen became a CPR & First Aid instructor for the American Heart Association at Wake Forest Baptist Health

2005 — Gwen graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program at Forsyth Tech, and completed her License for Massage & Bodywork Therapy from the state of North Carolina

2006 — Worked as a massage therapist and taught CPR at Your Yoga Studio in Winston Salem, NC

2007 — Moved massage practice to Inspired Salon & Day Spa, continued to teach at Your Pilates Place (formerly Your Yoga Studio) in Winston Salem, NC

2008 — Moved massage practice to All About You Salon & Day Spa in Wallburg, NC and moved CPR & FA classes to Fitness 2000 in Clemmons, NC

2009 — Moved massage practice to Van Davis Aveda in Winston Salem, NC and moved CPR & FA classes to Peak Fitness in Clemmons, NC

2010 — Moved massage practice and CPR & FA classes to my own private practice on Holly Ave in downtown Winston Salem, NC

2012 — Began selling Arbonne health and wellness products

Business Owner

Gwen studied massage at the Institute for Professional Practical Therapy in Encino, CA and at Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston Salem, NC. She has been licensed in North Carolina since 2005 and is a member of the AMTA.

​Gwen became an American Heart Association CPR Instructor in 2004 through Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Her CPR clientele include professionals in the healthcare industry, dental workers, fitness instructors and daycare employees. She does in-​home training for expecting parents and on-​site training for a wide range of business.
