History

Established in 1954.

From Dr. Christian and Crow through Dr. Clinard to Drs. Holder and Porter and now Dr. White; there have been many names on the door at our dental practice. Now, to make things simple, we have decided to rename the practice Lyndhurst Dental Associates in honor of the 60 years of dentistry at 3031 Lyndhurst Avenue.

We would like to take the this time to thank all of you who have entrusted your dental health to us over the years, we all look forward to caring for you in the future. The doors of Lyndhurst Dental Associates are available for immediate appointments for you as well as your family and friends.

Meet the Business Owner

Tony P.

Business Owner

Dr. Tony Porter is from Clemmons, where he graduated from West Forsyth High School and earned his Eagle Scout Award from Troop 752. He graduated with a Bachelors of Sciences in Zoology from North Carolina State University, where he also worked as an orthodontic lab technician for Dr. Henry Zaytoun. He graduated from UNC School of Dentistry in 1990, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Dr. Porter and his family returned to Winston-​Salem in 1994 when he began practicing at his current location of 3031 Lyndhurst Avenue.
