Pamela Wilson is the best realtor in Los Angeles. There, I said it. Why? Because she knows this city, she knows neighborhoods, resale values, residential codes, school systems, etc. She’ll find the best location and home for you and your family. She is extremely knowledgable when it comes to all documents when buying or selling (or both!) your home. Loan docs, escrow docs… if there is a bump in the road from a lender, she will smooth it out fast! She’s also pleasant to be around and not pushy. She’s not looking to sell or rent you just one home, she wants you as a client for life. I can’t recommend her high enough. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
