Perfact Brow Arch By Threading

I initially had my qualms about this place but continued to go because I wanted quality service and didn’t want to risk messing up my eye brows. I moved to Winston from a prominent metropolitan city and I don’t understand why a full face costs close to $ 50 when I’m use to paying 25 max at a proper licensed salon.
There’s Bhuvi who is the owner I think, and she is good but has a very heavy hand. However I don’t know if she’s licensed. In a small town like Winston, it should cost less if anything.
The other girls who are licensed, aren’t that good. I’ve been getting threaded since I was 12 and these girls don’t even know how to measure the brows to see if the shape matches. This last time I went is going to be my last time as she left my eyebrows uneven. I am so pissed it can’t be articulated into words. Especially with how long it takes to fix mistakes.
It’s ridiculous.
For $ 48 -$ 50 with tip I expect better service.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded on 12/​05/​2015. The wait was quite long because although there were two threaders there only appeared to be one actually taking customers. I would find out later why. Although everyone bypassed the lady on the right to wait on the lady on the left, I didn’t have that luxury as I had my dog in the car. As I sat down and she proceeded to thread my right eyebrow I noticed that she seemed to be taking noticeably longer than normal. When she finished instead of offering me the mirror to approve of the shape she began to move to the left eyebrow. I asked i I could see it first. She offered no mirror, so I sat up and moved towards the mirror on the wall. I was HORRIFIED to discover that she had practically removed all of my hair on my right eyebrow and left what was remaining crooked and misshapen. After staring in disbelief and asking why should would do such a thing to me, i approached the other threader om the nrct room to show her my butchered eyebrow and ask for help. She offered to fix it when she finished with her customers. Unfortunately there wasn’t much left to work with and she had to make my other eyebrow dramatically thinner to match the butchered one. Not to mention, she expected me to pay for it! I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and I am also going to file a complaint with the NC board of cosmetology. I wish I had never stepped foot in this business. I have never been so angry.

Four stars because it’s good but not as good as my favorite spot in Raleigh. Fast, good shapes and fixed a mess up from a different spot in town. More expensive than I’m accustomed to (my old place was only $ 7…can’t beat that). But worth it for the spotlessly clean space and private rooms.

I stumbled upon this place while visiting the dentist in the same shopping plaza. Bobbi greeted me and told me she was free. I told her I only had a few minutes because of my dentist appt and she had me out in 5 minutes. I needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded since I moved here to NC and I’ve been going there ever since. Almost 3 years now. Bobbi is so fast and always very pleasant, even when she was pregnant! Those were bushy eyebrow months when she was on maternity leave! The price is the best you can get for the service and for the amazing shape she gives your eyebrows.

I had been going to Wow Brows in Greensboro but when I got a new job in Winston I decided to try this place. I was happy with Wow Brows and I think this place is very comparable. One thing I like better is the private rooms — Wow Brows is one big open space. As an eye waterer when I am waxed or threaded (not crying, I swear!), I prefer to have a little privacy. Prices are good & I am happy with my experiences there thus far!

I was very disappointed in my recent experience. The woman threaded a portion of my eyebrow so that there is a gap! I barely looked when she was done and she didn’t mention it. She clearly saw the gap and I’m guessing didn’t want to bring attention to it. But I think she should have pointed it out and at least offered me a discount or gave it complimentary.

This place is awesome! Great hours, accepts credit cards, and the least painful threading experience I’ve ever had! The employee was super friendly too, we waited all of 5 minutes and she apologized a bunch of times for not hearing us come in. They also have a punch card so that after ten (I think??) visits, you get a free wax!

They do a great job with your eyebrows and are very personable and friendly. They do a brisk business mid day on the weekends so I would try to get there before 10:30 am if you need to go on Saturdays.

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and came to this place. I had a great experience! It was painless and quick! Ill definitely be back.

THe space is an old tanning place so the atmosphere is far from relaxing and is pretty cheaply done BUT the Indian girl who does my eyebrows is amazing. She’s quick and pretty painless. I wish I remembered her name so everyone could experience her. I’ve gotten threading in two other places in Winston (and in other cities) and this is by far the best. You can usually pop right in and get started within five minutes. Is it a relaxing spa — no but the service is solid.

Just moved here a few weeks ago for school rotations and my eyebrows were ready for a «clean up» hahaa
Anyway I drove by this place and decided to give it a shot!
Place was nice and clean with multiple small rooms for privacy as you get your services done.
She (forgot her name :() was very fast and did a great job!
I’ll be back!
