Horrible customer service! Had to wait to check-​in for 30 minutes! Only 2 people in front of us! Hotel is packed and the elevator doesn’t work! Checked out the following morning!

What a dump of a hotel Choice hotels should be ashamed they claim this. Still had tube TVs, with bad reception. pool was green, service was awful and the rooms took all night just to cool down. I would recommend staying elsewhere, not a good night!!!

If you are looking for place to meet a hooker, this is a hotel for you. If you are looking for even a somewhat decent place to stay overnight, look elsewhere. This is perhaps the trashiest hotel ever. There are no microwaves in the rooms, so to use a microwave, you will have to go down, in the main lobby. The main lobby is dark and there are shady hangouts going around in the hotel. In one of the rooms, there were gangbangers meeting with drugs. The rooms themselves seem centuries old and there are cracks through the walls, on the floors, and in furniture everywhere; most likely a bug infestation.
Please, if you have any self-​respect, do not stay at this hotel. There are probably better options downtown.

Gross. Dirty smells like cigarettes from the moment you step through the front door. I rented two rooms and both smelled horrible. The no smoking rooms smell as bad as the smoking. I. am giving an extra star because the person who checked us out was friendly and enrolled me in a choice privileges club when he noticed I’d stayed at a Sister-​company hotel and I would get $ 50 for staying at two of their chains hotels if enrolled.
