John Goad, Jr. first obtained his real estate license due to the frustration with the lack of customer service he was receiving from other agents while making his own real estate purchases. Because of his strong beliefs in great customer service, he knew he could add a great deal to the industry. This is evidenced by John’s personal philosophy (and the team philosophy) which is «If we always remember to make our clients, as well as our fellow team members, needs and best interests our #1 priority, the commissions will follow.»

Over the years John has witnessed many upswings and downturns in the market. After the September 11^th tragedy many people were out of work and needed to sell, unfortunately many times their properties were worth less than what was owed. This lead John into the short sale and foreclosure aspect of the real estate industry, before the term «short sale» became a familiar term.

John loves real estate, however his first love is helping others. So give him a call.
