History

Established in 2011.

From the moment we walked into our first olive oil tasting bar we knew this was a shopping experience whose time had come.

We began looking for opportunities and have opened our first store in Hanes Mall, Winston-​Salem NC. We knew that olive oil has numerous health benefits, we knew that the use of olive oil in our diets was growing rapidly, what we didn’t know was the varieties of tastes and flavors available and how it will enhance your cooking experience.

As we researched we learned that olive oil is not a very regulated product. Many imported oils claiming to be extra virgin olive oil fall short under testing. In fact a study done in July 2010 by University of California — Davis revealed that more than two out of three imported olive oils did not meet the recognized standards to be considered extra virgin olive oil.
