First, this store has relocated (which doesn’t have anything to do with the review) They moved from a location next to a Harris Teeter that was recently closed, to a shopping center up the street, in the Lowes Shopping Center. Their new address is 2806 Reynolda Road.
Don’t even bother going here. Go to the one on Peace Haven Road.
The door on this store opens out, making it very difficult to enter the store if you have large packages to ship. The owner of the store will stand behind his counter, watching you struggle, and do nothing to help, even though there are no customers in the store.
This franchise owner doesn’t deserve to have a UPS shipping store.
