Foreclosure Experience: Over 18 years of experience handling thousands of foreclosure suits. Mr. Berlinsky has been handling Foreclosures since 1980.

Mortgage Law and Closings: Mr. Berlinsky has over 25 years experience examining Real Estate Titles. Serving as a title examiner for 3 years at American Title Insurance Company, in Miami, Florida; which merged into Fidelity National Title Insurance. He along with 2 other attorneys handled 100’s of closings a month during the 5 years he worked at Spieler & Associates, in Miami, Florida. He examined titles and managed the Mortgage Foreclosure Department of Broad & Cassel from 1985 – 1987, and then managed the Mortgage Foreclosure Department of Fried & Slachter, PA. After serving wit
