History

Established in 1982.

Rainbow Wicker & Silks is a family-​owned and operated business, located on Route 17 just minutes away from downtown Winter Haven. For the first 29 years, Jerry and Mary Dimler built Rainbow Wicker & Silks into a cornerstone of the business community, focusing on providing high quality Florida style furniture and the finest silk floral arrangements backed by outstanding customer service. In late 2011 the business was purchased by Martin and Diana Michalski after the Dimlers retired. They have continued to build on the quality and customer service the Rainbow is known for. Diana is an award winning designer with a passion for helping our customers enhance the beauty of their homes. Ricky Fortner is a Master Floral Designer who designs all the floral arrangements sold in our store and is available to make customer arrangements as well. Please call for his schedule.

Martin and Diana are co-​owners of Rainbow Wicker and Wilks. Martin has an extensive retail background in both Merchandising and Operations. Diana’s retail experience includes both sales and human resources. She also enjoyed many years of success as a designer for Home Interiors. It is our passion to fill your home with all the beauty, warmth and comfort of the Florida Lifestyle.
