Established in 1970.

I have been a Notary Public since 1973 & a Certified Notary Signing Agent since 2005. I’ll meet you in your home, office, hospital, nursing home or any other convenient location to handle all of your Notary needs.

I am very familiar with loan documents for purchases, 2^nd mortgages, cash deals, refi’s & reverse mortgages and all facets of general Notary work. I am fully mobile & carry my laptop, aircard, portable scanner & printer in my vehicle.

I offer Safe Deposit Box inventory services for local banks. I am familiar with the State laws regarding proper storage and disposal of drilled box contents.

I provide professional, accurate, on-​time & courteous service. Serving as a Certified Signing Agent & Notary Public is my FULL TIME profession. I am dedicated to completing my assignments efficiently so that you are happy.

I am a Notary Public by profession & a volunteer at heart. After more than 20 years in the broadcasting industry with WDBO, K92FM & B94FM radio stations in Orlando, I «retired» to concentrate my full time energies on my own business, CommuniMatics, a Mobile Notary company that serves Seminole & Orange Counties.

I am a charter member of the Winter Park Memorial American Legion Auxiliary Unit 112 & serve as its Secretary-​Treasurer & Membership Chair. I also serve as the 6^th District Leadership Committee Chair.

I am the Secretary for the Central Florida Disaster Services, Inc. Board of Directors & serve as the Treasurer & Membership Chair for my homeowners association after a four year stint as association President.

With 4 children, scouting got into my blood again as a young adult when I became a Girl Scout Leader. Later I got involved with the Central Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America & now serve as the Council Training Chair & Operations Vice Chair for Little Econ District.
