History

Established in 2012.

Kim Cullen and Robert Hemphill have combined experience of over 35 years working as personal injury lawyers. They have tried personal injury cases in courtrooms across Florida. The two met as young lawyers at a major Winter Park personal injury law firm, where Robert eventually became a Partner. Meanwhile, Kim formed his own firm, the Law Offices of Kim Cullen, P.A., and successfully built and guided that firm for more than a decade. Kim and Robert joined forces in 2012 to form Cullen & Hemphill, PLC.
