Peekaboo Photo Booth

The photo booth was for my son’s 9^th birthday party and it was a hit for all age groups attending! The price was great and the onsite technician was wonderful. I would highly recommend Peekaboo for any event celebration!

Booked a special event with this photo booth company and they cancelled the day before our event. They said the attendant couldn’t make it. This left us without the special event surprise and impossible to find a replacement at such a late date. How can a business not have a back up plan for when an employee can’t come to work? customers are left to figure out a replacement the day before? Is this anyway to run a business? Another strange issue was — They didn’t waste any time charging our credit card but then refused to issue a reverse credit. Instead they said they would send a refund check? …why not just issue a credit card credit which is simple and immediate .Find another photo booth company if your looking for one — this one I don’t recommend.
