My daughter and I went into this store yesterday with her service animal. Granted the dog was not wearing a vest we were asked if the dog was a service dog. I replied yes and we had all of the legal documentation to show it. The owner then asked my daughter to pick her dog up. For real… how rude and illegal. When I told him that it was illegal for him to do that he turned his back on me and disguarded anything I had to say. I wouldn’t step foot into this store. Not to mention his prices are outrageous. Right cross the street is a great store with great customer service and much better pricing! Jill Tucson AZ

LOVED the customer service here! We had a full explanation with visuals, about mattresses, how they’re made and what constitutes as quality.
No runaround when it comes to price! No haggling or giving any discounts on already overpriced products!
The price is the price! & I respect that! Btw, their prices beat any mattress store we looked at, by at least several hundred dollars!

I think this place has the best customer service of any of the places we shopped for mattresses. 2 years later, one of the plastic wheels breaks off the frame, and they give me a replacement wheel for free. Just really solid product, people who know about the product selling it to you (unlike most of the mall stores we went to), and I have a comfort level with the product as a result.
