Orchard Veterinary Services

We’ve gone to Orchard Vet for years, but after George (the original vet) left, it has become shoddy and unresponsive to our dogs needs. Even basic services are performed as though the staff is just going through the motions. The current vet lives in the Bay Area and commutes so the time he is available are much shorter than it needs to be. The staff who is left handling the counter while the Dr. is not there seems frustrated and at times rude.
We are looking for another vet.

Everyone at Orchard Veterinary is kind and compassionate, Dr. Bhullar goes above and beyond to help: I don’t make many recommendations & never without great thought. I would say take your pets here for care, the care is much better than many of our elderly get in care facilities throughout solano county, My sister recommend them & I’m so greatfull she did, my daisy got sick for the very first time ever & they are helping every step of the way! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all that they have done, and they never try and do things just to bill you more, the exact opposite, they try very hard to keep it as affordable as possible.

This morning our small dog was attacked by an animal (in our fenced yard). We soon discovered deep puncture wounds on his body. Although Orchard Vet Clinic is not our usual vet clinic, we live near Lake Solano and figured that would be the best place to take him, considering the hours noted were 9 a.m.-7 p.m. We arrived just before 9 a.m., and at 9 a.m. entered the building, where a tech was mopping. We told her our story, she told us that the veterinarian wouldn’t arrive until 10:30. Well… OK…then why not list your hours as 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Not only that, but this technician never stopped mopping, never offered to look at or even cleaned the wound, never apologized for the inconvenience that your clinic says it opens at 9 but in reality the only thing that seems to be happening at 9 a.m. is mopping the floor. What a disappointment. I’m sure many people have had positive experiences, but I speak for MY experience, and it was that we arrived with our bitten dog, and were turned away without so much of an «Oh, poor doggy! Is there anything I can do.» No, she just kept mopping. I will share this story with anyone I can. My dog was treated like he didn’t matter. Take your dogs to Aggie Animal Clinic instead. They have vets during their open hours, and even if a vet is occupied, THEIR technicians show active care for the animals. Orchard Vet Services, you should be ashamed.

I just moved into town. My dog is elderly, and needed medicine. I made the appropriate appointment (spent 25 $) to confirm medication, and no one called me back. The woman at the desk was rude, and the dr was an ass clown.

I LOVE Dr. Bhullar! I was referred to this clinic by a friend and am so glad I brought my dogs here. Dr. Bhullar certainly knows what he is doing and he explains everything to you so that you know what is going on with your pet. He also will go over different treatment options so that you aren’t spending money you don’t have and can make the best choice for care. I like that he is honest. He also volunteers for many different animal rescue groups (I think 5 or so) so you know they are his passion-​and after knowing this I fell in love. This clinic is a bit of a drive from my normal vet clinic (I’m in Woodland) but it is well worth it.

I cannot praise Dr Bhullar highly enough. He is so caring and patient. He treats his patients and their families with all the respect they deserve. I have had animals, mostly dogs, my whole life. I have tried out more than a few veterinarians. I love my animals, as I’m sure you do. They are family and I want the best for them. I have been taking my animals to Orchard Vet since 2002. I love Dr B, as I loved Dr E, who chose Dr B as his replacement. Both of them are great. Dr B’s main concern is the health and well being of the animals, and not money, like most places. I am thoroughly happy and satisfied with the knowledgeable care we receive at Orchard Vet… go there! You won’t be disappointed.

Not only is he a caring Vet who has helped several of my friends care for their sick pets and gone above and beyond for them, he has come to the aid of abandoned and lost animals waiting to be reunited with their owners. He also participates in a low cost spay/​neuter program which has helped me to fix some local «community cats».

went for my exam with my new rescue dog. Dr Mandib B. was very professional and kind and his first question was not «how was I going to pay» unlike most of his colleagues. H e will be my permanent vet!

Dr. Bhullar is the BEST VET EVER. PERIOD. If kindness had a face, it would be his. I can’t recommend him any more highly, and his staff is loving and attentive. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!

We have used Orchard Vet with Dr. Bhullar for a year now and recommend his clinic very highly! He has treated our dogs for normal exams & shots, extensively cleaned our Corgi’s teeth and spayed our kitten. He is an excellent, very knowledgable vet as well as having a wonderful manner with both patients and their humans! He also took care of our 2 elderly dogs thru their passing and did so with so much kindness and compassion… allowing our dogs to pass away calmly and without pain. We are very grateful for his care and will continue to bring our 3 dogs & cat to him.

Just had my 80#, 10 month old Rottie spade there. They where all very nice, professional, and my baby girls would was sealed perfectly. Price was good (went thru barbara and saved $ 150). I am switching vets to them instead of my local vet.

Me and my mom we went to Tahoe for vacation, and while comming back our dog got sick. He pewked in the car, so we took the nearest exit wondering if there is a veterinary clinic near by, and then we Unilocaled the net and we found this clinic. So we found our way around to the clinic and the doctor, Dr. Bhullar was a very polite and an amzing doctor. He gave some fluids and some injections to our dog and he was perfectly fine in JUSt ONE DAY!!! So i would just like to say if you are looking for a vet, then this is the place to go, and i am positively sure that you will find that this is the best veterinary clinic you have ever been to and even the prices were very affordable.

I was referred to Orchard Vet through the rescue group I adopted Rex from. Rex has been neutered and declawed at the office and he still seems to love going to visit. They are very cooperative and will do their very best to work around the customer needs and times. Like most vets you won’t be charged unnecessary fees and they won’t run unnecessary tests. They take good care of Rex and they are honest people. If you are in need of a vet I would definitely recommend taking your pet here. I drive 40 minutes just to take Rex here.
