We were staying at a resort just a few miles up the road from Winters and needed a small hardware item that is a very common electrical fitting to hold up tubing. So my Unilocal app, yay, showed this hardware store so we stopped here.
My first clue should of been the nearly dead plants on the display rack out in the front of the store, but we figured it was a major chain retailer we’d give it a shot.
When we entered the store we weren’t even greeted by the proprietor of the establishment as he just watched us trying to find what we were looking for but his shelves looked as though he hadn’t stocked them in ages. And they were messy and dusty. After roaming around and giving it our college try I noticed on the app that there was another hardware store not far from here and we left without ever being acknowledged by the gentleman at the counter. Sad but I would say this place is in serious need of a facelift.
