At Your Bark-N-Call

This place smells and when my dog came home I had to put perfume on her because she stunk like the place. The grooming was a so-​so job but I’ll never go back due to the smell and the flies and just how nasty it was.

Although the staff is friendly and helpful, I did not have a good experience the last time I brought my two poodles for grooming. I have been using this groomer for the last two years. About six months ago, they accidentally nicked my dog’s paw when they were clipping it. That’s fine, I called them and they apologized for not informing me that they had had injured her. Okay, understandable. Dogs squirm and don’t sit still so it is possible for them to get injured. I took them this past weekend and after I got home to take them out of the car, I noticed blood all over the back seat of my car. I checked and sure enough, my dog’s paw got cut AGAIN. So not only did my dog get injured twice but once again, I was not notified that she was bleeding. Needless to say, I will be on the search for a new groomer.

I’ve taken a friend’s dog here while dog sitting and the woman who helped me was very friendly and did a great job. Very reasonable prices too.
