EVERYONE can do this bootCANp… and everyone can get results. Cardio BootCANp™ is designed specifically to integrate the result-driven interval training into your cardio-based workouts. The concept of boot camp has never been so fun as you dance to energizing music, kickbox to today’s hits and attack intervals of moves to bring out the best version of YOU. All levels are welcomed as we have modifications for each exercise. Our previous sessions have lost over 1,800 inches!!!
History

Cardio BootCANp™ was created to reach all people at all levels. The main goal was to make fitness fun, addictive, and empowering.
Meet the Business Owner
Natalie B.
Business Owner
Natalie Bayersdorfer has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry with her career beginning while an undergraduate at Stonehill College. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA®) she taught kickboxing, dance, step, and hi/lo to students and staff. After graduation, she transitioned her time into dance/performance and only in 2008 did she revive her love for fitness through Zumba® Fitness. After taking classes with Deirdre O’Connor for 1 year, she became an instructor in 2009 and since has acquired certifications for TRX®, TurboKick®, and is AFAA® certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is the creator of Cardio BootCANp™ series and Phunk Pilates™. She prides herself on being a fitness motivator. She recently became an official Zumba® Jammer candidate and will be offering sessions in 2014.
