We offer tips for hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, trail running or just relaxing, we can also provide you with regional activities and highlights while visiting Winthrop in the Methow Valley of Washington state.

History

Established in 1994.

At the core of the main Inn building, is a house built in 1932 of large beams and lathe and plaster. Originally built for employee housing for the Winthrop National Fish Hatchery. The building was sold and relocated to its current location in 1989. The transformation to an Inn began in 1992 and was completed and opened in 1994. Since that time, the Rendezvous building which contains King Suites was added as well as six private studio style Cabins and a one bedroom «King Cabin» with full kitchen and private Hot Tub. The Chewuch Inn & Cabins are located in the Town of Winthrop, WA in the Methow Valley of North Central Washington State. The Inn and Cabins are located on 5 naturally landscaped acres within an easy walk of the shops, galleries and restaurants of downtown Winthrop. An awesome destination for outdoor adventure or indoor Romance!

Meet the Business Owner

Sally K.

Business Owner

Sally is the heartbeat of this operation. Originally trained in Commercial Art, she has sculpted the Chewuch Inn into a destination for anyone that appreciates professional service in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

Her creativity surrounds every guest be it in a room or Cabin, or at breakfast time. Her knowledge of the area will be of help to every visitor when deciding how to spend a day or a week.

When not at the Inn, Sally can be found hiking or mountain biking in the North Cascades Mountains surrounding the Methow Valley, or in her studio painting them.

Sally has created an environment that provides the privacy of a Hotel, with the comfort and service of a Bed & Breakfast Inn
