We are a full service general contracting company, a one-​stop-​shop per say, we can handle all parts of your construction needs from the initial permitting and design, through construction, to the finishing touches of your project. In addition, we also sell timber frame and log home shells directly to builders, contractors, and the do-​it-​yourself homeowner.

History

Established in 2004.

As I set out to build my family a place to call home we stumbled upon our future. I had always been intrigued by well-​built structures, but never imagined that it would become our life’s work. Grand View Log & Timber Frames is the product of my family’s love and dedication. It is truly a Maine Made Company founded on our hopes of sharing the dream of a Timber Frame Home with you.

We believe in the tradition and craftsmanship of beautiful, unique, timber frame, post and beam and custom log home construction that heralds quality, strength, and character.

We build our custom timber frame homes, post and beam houses, and log homes in Maine and New Hampshire, as well as in Vermont, Massachusetts and throughout New England. We specialize in the development and renovation of waterfront properties, camp replacement and the design and construction of mountain side timber frame homes and log homes.

Tammy is a one of a kind Rennisance «Woman.» Although sometimes she seems like she is stressed to the breaking point, she’s always got it under control. Between being a co-​business owner, mother of two incredible young children, office manager, advertising specailist, hockey mom, book keeper and juggling her other +40 hour a week career besides Grand View Timbers, Tammy always has the right touch in handling any aspect of her hectic lifestyle. The perfect way to word something, the perfect way to present an idea, the perfect packaging, the perfect way to handle a messy situation… Tammys just perfect!
