The Rent Connection

I’ve used The Rent Connection twice for help in finding an apartment as well as tenants in Winthrop. The confusing part is that they post a lot on craigslist so if you respond to one of them they get the info they need from you and set up a ton of viewings.
When I moved to the Throp I had no idea how to even look, the owner (i think) was great. He will bring you around in the Rent Connection vehicle to as many apartments he lists within your budget. I saw about 10 of them in one day and by the end, i took out my checkbook, paid th fee (half months rent) and the first and last months rent. They also do all lease things, so you sign the lease etc and may never meet the landlord unless you want to.
On the other side of things, I was looking for a tenant and they found me a suitable one fairly quickly for the amount of rent we were seeking. Again, they arrange the lease and move in and all costs + first and last months etc. As a landlord you would still pay I think half months rent.
