This is a great location. Bought a New F-150 from them, the buying process is streamlined leaves the guessing game out of buying new trucks. The service department is stellar and shines above all other local dealerships. I recommend this place to all friends and family and will continue to do so. 7÷30÷14 — After going to another dealership earlier the same day, Wiscasset Ford was a breath of fresh air! Jeff Allen was great to work with, no pressure whatsoever. The finance department worked until the last second making sure that I got the best interest rate available to me. I test drove my 2014 Ford Escape early afternoon, and drove it home the same day! Smooth process, friendly staff, no complaints.

Everything about the experience was friendly and low pressure. The staff were all exceedingly polite and helpful, they were eager, but not pushy to help in every way possible. Once we had made a decision, it was accepted and we moved into the sale. The price we paid was at the low end of the Kelley Blue Book, and the low end of the scale of what other dealers were charging. Plus there weren’t a boatload of fees to inflate the price.
I will definitely consider coming back the next time I’m in the market.
